My wifi was out and the service provider assistance was a joke! Mike was able to come to my rescue! He was super available to me, worked with the "technician" that was sent to my home, and got me the advice and help I needed to get my home up and running the very next day! I very much recommend using Mike's company for your tech requirements !! 5 star rating on all levels by me!

The guy who we dealt with, Bill, was fantastic! He definitely knows his way around cell phones. Both my husband's and my cells needed to be fixed, and he got both of them working great within 24 hours. It only took that long because he had to order parts for each one. Our phones are kind of old, but now they're like new. Bill is very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing, even tho I'm not very tech savvy. We will most definitely return there if we have problems with our phones or laptop
