Just went to salon Eastport to try Magic Sleek to straighten my hair. It was a great experience. Sharon did a great job and she made me feel so comfortable. I have found a new salon and highly recommend

This is the WORST salon I have ever been to. I went in and asked for a very specific, basic service of a root touch up, a few highlights and trim. The stylist didn’t listen at all, did what she wanted and fried my hair. After, she charged me $311.25. I contacted the owner for a solution in which she said she would be refunding me, and would fix it herself. After being upset daily and waiting for it to be fixed, she decided she was too busy that day (right before a Easter when I had changed my plans because of this already) and wasn’t refunding me. I now have to go a beauty supply store and try to correct some of it myself, and am stuck with severely damaged hair :( I came in with long healthy hair, and left with over-processed awful highlights (that I didn’t ask for) no root touch up, and the worst cut I’ve had in my life. I would caution anyone new going to try this place. Not only is my hair terrible, it was the worst customer service I’ve EVER had in my life, and the owner was so rude to myself and my husband saying she simply didn’t care. Even after having everything in writing regarding a refund and color correction. Stay far away from this place if you like your hair. :( If I could give negative zero stars I would!

Have been a client of Lana's and Theresa for a few years now. The salon is always clean with a very inviting decor. My appointments are always relaxing and enjoyable. If you are looking for a full service salon that offers professionalism and reasonable pricing, please give them a try.

Today was my second experience at the salon. First time was for trying out "Magic Sleek" plus a hair cut back in February. No one recommended it. It is close by to where I live and I thought I would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the nice people and great service. Magic Sleek wears outs after many months. My hair has been a mess lately and I decided to do the Magic Sleek again since I was so thrilled with the results from the first time. Today was the same. The owner Lana is hands on and gets back to you right away if the answering machine picks up. She is a lovely owner and is only out to please her customers. The person who did my hair is Denise. She did the Magic Sleek last time I had it done and again today by Denise. She is an experienced hairstylist and a very kind woman. Since I have now had 2 wonderful experiences there I have decided to have Denise do my hair color also in 2 weeks. She had some great ideas about the right color I should consider. I have been previously coloring my hair myself and realize Denise will make me look better. She already has with the Magic Sleek application. She took her time, no rushing and I valued her opinion. I highly recommend that this a a great place to have your hair done.

Lana and Janet run a tight ship! They are great hair stylists and also friendly and easy to deal with. I always get compliments on my cuts from there.

The girls here are AMAZING. So down to earth and make you feel like family. I absolutely love Amanda. She has been my hairdresser since I was a kid. I show a photo of how I want my hair done and she will recreate perfectly.

I received a color correction at Salon Eastport and it came out fabulous!! Staff is extemly helpful and friendly. Would recommend Paige. Definitely will be going again!
