The cashier with the long black hair is extremely rude and not friendly. Clicked a button to sign me up for emails, when I specifically said I did not want to receive emails. Not welcoming at all and needs to get off her phone when ringing up a customer.

Absolutely horrible service. They NEVER answer the phone, extremely SLOW. And have attitudes when asking simple questions! Go somewhere else, this pharmacy is horrible!

Probably the most unprofessional and discourteous pharmacy you could ever do business with pharmacists never acknowledge your there and lack basic customer service skills. Maybe if there was a raised floor or lower counter height someone would know you are there. My time is valuable and I should'nt have to wait 5 minutes+ to be acknowledged.

Great prices but the staff is completely incompetent. Everytime I go there they just can't get it right. Wrong pricing.Wrong amount of medications. Please fix it! Eastport location.P.S. If you try calling they don't answer.

Two times I've seen sale signs yet when i bring an item up to register; it doesn't come up on sale. They check but say no. Hmm. When I said never mind don't want the product; they cop an attitude. Last time I asked for manager & he was very dismissive when the sign clearly was placed by the item.AWFUL. CVS down the road will be my drugstore from now on. They're more helpful and nice.

I wish it was possible for this place to receive a negative star with the sickening experience I had today. Today I walked in to my local rite aid and I experienced the worst customer service and store management ever. The woman working at the counter was nothing but plain disrespectful and was harassing costumers its safe to say I will NEVER come back again. There was signs all along the shelves for a buy one get one and I get up to the counter to check out and she was arguing with me that there was no sale. Very very disappointed and I would love to speak to someone higher up that could change something or her position.

Retail part of the store is fine. The pharmacy is horrible: poor, surly service. I asked for price of new over the counter product and pharmacy lady said: "i don't know the price. You buy it and then you will know how much it cost." Is this really Rite Aid policy?

I called Rite Aid about a half hour after my doctors appointment to see if they would be able to fill my prescription that day as I was out. My call was picked up and I was hung up on twice and a few times it just looped so no one was answering, I figured they were really busy so I stopped in. I went up to the pharmacy to find an empty line and the woman Cathy that works there was complaining about the phones. So I figured out the probable culprit. This woman has literal temper tantrums at times. She'll be behind the counter slamming things around and acting like a maniac. So I go up to the counter and asked if they received the order from my doctor which she said she didn't. So I walked aside to the waiting area and called my doctors office to see if the doctor wouldn't mind calling in the prescription because I was basically forced to go into the store because I was being hung up on . I made sure to say it a little loud so Cathy could hear it. So she was able to get the doctor to send the order. I went back to the counter and Cathy said they would have to order it as they didn't have it in stock. She said the order was in to be delivered tomorrow. I called the next day and Cathy actually answered, she told me that's the order must have been missed because she didn't have it. The following day I finally got the text message saying my order was ready. I am pretty sure this was all on purpose. I'm never going back. On top of all this the place is filthy, the bathroom is disgusting and never cleaned because the same glob of whatever is in the same place it's been for years!! I only used it in absolute emergencies. Everyone else is really nice. It's a shame to have her there and to not have it cleaned.

Most of the staff are decent; however, there are two men in the store that are clearly racist and constantly profiling me. I spend a lot of money at this store and do not at all appreciate such treatment. I’ve contacted the manager about the behavior and yet it continues. It is embarrassing and uncomfortable.

The pharmacy is so so so horrible. No one ever answers the phone, they ignore you when you’ve been standing there for over 5 minutes, they all have a nasty attitude. Always are just so unpleasant and unprofessional.The retail part is amazing the staff is friendly and fast. But the pharmacy, forget about it. You’re better off getting your medications from another place.
