I completely agree with the other negative reviews.My wife and I went to Marinelli awhile back and tried to sell some gold.Needless to say the offer was insulting. I could have gotten at least triple what was offered by them..

AMAZING customer service!! I came to Marinelli's in desperate need of help because the Jeweler I had gotten my ring from wouldn't help me 2 days before my wedding (I'll spare the details). But Marinelli was so helpful and so kind in a desperate time of need. They we able to have my ring ready for me in perfect timing for my big day & lets just say we will definitely be using them in the future for all of our jewelry needs!

Literally THE BEST. So patient, so caring, so helpful and most importantly so HONEST. There is no pressure, they will educate you, and their biggest concern is making sure you’re happy (even if it’s not buying from them). Richie was AMAZING and after buying an engagement ring there he helped me customize my dream wedding band (which he was so patient with). Prices are fair and they have great ideas to get you the end result you want within your budget. Can’t say enough great things about this store and the people running it.

I am not sure what happened to a review I left a year or so ago, I'm not very tech savvy, so it's possible it's my error. My review reflected an experience I had with an inflated quote for jewelry repair that I subsequently had done at neighboring jeweler for half the cost. I knew the quote by Marinelli sounded super high, and my suspicions were confirmed when I got second quote. Did business there for years. Will not be returning.

I’ve had two positive experiences with Marinelli Jewels in the past six months. The first time was for an appraisal of an engagement ring for insurance. I called ahead to make an appointment. They were efficient and within 10-15 minutes handed me the printed appraisal. The second time we went there was today to replace a watch battery. As soon as we entered the store a friendly employee offered service. Without an appointment they replaced the battery and in less than 5 minutes we were done. Each time we were there the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful, not just with us but with all of the customers. I can see why Marinelli Jewelers has been in business for so many years.
