Came in today for a mani pedi. The woman who helped me was rushing through the whole process. I was seated at 10:30 and i was out by 10:55. For both mani and pedi?? As soon as I walked out my nails had already started chipping. Worse nail salon in the area, it’s not wonder they seated me as soon as i walked in. Yikes

I would give 0 stars if that were an option, I went there for an eyebrow and lip wax and it was not the first time there. But I got a different lady do it on me because she was the only one available. Yet she proceeded to wax my whole face which at that point didn’t care because the wax was applied to the face already. Her waxing hurt more than usual but I don’t like to be annoying so I don’t say anything. I left with my face stinging but thought that was normal next day face was all swollen because the lady burnt my face with the wax she applied. Of course now that my face is all bruised up I call to make them aware so they don’t let it happen to another person because if I that person does not know how to handle wax they should not be allowed to perform the “work”. Yet I get the phone passed to the lady that did the wax on my face and begins to yell when never did I ask for my money back only called to make them aware. Clearly management does not care about their customers. Never going back again.Service: Waxing

I am a new client at Lunita Nail. The new owner is Yolanda she is a special woman. Cares about her client and I should. From calling up for my appointment to walking in the front door the customer service was excellent. My nail technician took time on my pedicure and acrylic fill with gel polish. I found them very knowledgeable of products and very helpful in picking out my color. Best part of the pedicure and Fill was the massage my nail tech gave me such an excellent foot massage it was amazing. That is one of the most important things to me. I will continue to come here and I suggest you do to.
