Stopped in to order a few table arrangements and I had a really uncomfortable experience. When I first walked in no one was in the front. One woman walked forward and saw me but turned back to (presumably) finish something she was focused on. I stood there for about 3 minutes while another woman and a man who were standing toward the back began a very loud rant about transgender rights, which they do not support. This review is not about their beliefs but about the language and tone they were using toward an entire group of people - it was so wildly unprofessional and frankly disgusting behavior to exhibit in a place of business, I was thankful my children weren't with me. Ultimately I left and don't plan to return.

I cannot recommend Wild Orchid of Westchester enough! I called them in the morning and Theresa patiently worked with me over the phone to have the flowers delivered the same-day locally. I told her the colors I was interested in and my budget and her team put together a gorgeous, thoughtful arrangement. They used only the finest, freshest, and biggest flowers and understood my vision. Theresa was so sweet! The person who received the flowers was speechless and kept gushing over how gorgeous they were. They even said that the delivery driver was so nice! I cannot wait to use Wild Orchid of Westchester again!

First and foremost I must say, best florist around the area. I ordered 120 roses last minute and they got the job done with great quality from every single rose. A young man by the name of Anthony delivered my flowers earlier than I imagined too! Great service , great staff , great quality and great diversity of flowers. Would definitely recommend.

Bad customer service. I bought flowers for my girlfriend for same day delivery. They were never delivered. The next day I inquired about not receiving them and received a short and blunt email from the owner saying he sent me an email that it wasn’t delivered because they closed early… I never received said email. I had to request a refund and no offer was made to deliver the flowers anyway. Just bad service. They made a mistake and at least should have fulfilled my order the next day.

Not sure of which florist to use, since I live on LI, took a chance with this one based on the prior excellent reviews. I placed my order on line for an arrangement to be delivered to my dear cousin and then followed up with a phone call to confirm my wishes. After the flowers were received my cousin said the flowers were beautiful and bright. I highly recommend this florist.

I ordered a casket spray from Wild Orchid for my mother’s wake / funeral. When I walked in to see my mother, I immediately noticed the masterpiece created by Wild Orchid. The flowers were the exact color combination that I ordered - purples and pinks with a beautiful variety of flowers and it was the perfect size to lay over her casket. My mother would be so proud to have this. The flowers were delivered when promised and they provided excellent communication. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face during this very difficult time.

Joey & Teresa did a amazing job on sons wedding flowers absolutely flawless service from the start to the finish Joey who is the owner personally delivered the flowers to my house in the pouring rain on a Sunday 50 miles north from there shop … so personal and ententive every thing was beautiful made a rainy day into sunshine!!! I would absolutely use these guys for any occasion in the future!! It’s very hard to find good people these days but there the ones you want if you’re fortunate to have if you’re in the area!!! 20 stars off the grid!!

Joe made a beautiful CROSS flower arrangement - with beautiful pink and red flowers for the lovely grandmothers wake we were attending. I only wish I had taken a photo of them. I also went to the store and spoke with Theresa about a Peace Lily plant to send. I was able to pick one out from the store and Theresa "cleaned" it up and when delivered - the recipient called to tell me how beautiful the plant was. I think the service here in this shop is so professional and with their personal touch - I rate them outstanding!

Joe and Theresa went above and beyond my expectation. The amount of compliments I received and the surprise I got when I arrived at my wedding ceremony and reception. I would hire them 10x more and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
