Misty has always been helpful to me. I went in to have several things done and she is very knowledgeable and efficient.

Worst banking experience ever.
Came twice under COVID-19 situation for simple wire transfer business and they declined my transfer request with ambiguous reasons... Never faced similar issues with other competitor banks.
The bank employee and manager was also unprofessional and unhelpful to solve customer problems. I was mislead my its perfect google reviews. Better select a different branch or bank if you have time sensitive banking service request.
Now thinking about cancelling all my banking relationship with WF, which I had used for over 10 years.

Always a good experience at this branch. Whenever I need help with something or some information I see Misty Herbert. She is smart, friendly, and knows the business. She has advised me on several matters and has always gone the extra mile for me. She is a consummate professional.
