Not for watch repairs whatsoever. I really try not to post negative reviews, especially about a small business, but I could not stay silent and let someone else make the same mistake I made. While this is an excellent jewelry store, it is not a place you should send any watches for repair. The ladies at the front are extremely kind and helpful, however their watchmaker is not professional it seems. I brought in a simple Swatch that needed a new crystal. After one and a half months of asking for updates I finally got it back. A few things I noticed and I attached photos for some reference. The crystal was smaller and ruins the watch. The bezel was glued so poorly, please photos of how sloppy and uneven it is. When I was first called to pick it up I noticed the bezel was upside down. Now the watch is a chronograph and any watchmaker should find it extremely easy to accurately place the bezel as the 60 is always at the 12 hour mark. The 60 on the tachymeter bezel was at the 7 hour mark. Now any serious watchmaker should find that extremely easy in my opinion. I got the watch back again and I noticed that again the 60 is not accurately placed. It is slightly off the 12 hour mark, photo is attached. I noticed this when I picked it up, but I decided just to take my watch and say thank you as I was afraid of any more damage that the watchmaker might cause. This is a really sentimental watch to me, and I am very disappointed that I trusted them twice with it and it was done incorrectly, and I will have to take it to a proper watchmaker to repair this and it was time and money wasted. Extremely frustrated, angry and disappointed. Do not take a watch you care about here. UPDATE: I just took the watch to two other watchmakers, and once they saw the work, both said that they could not fix it ultimately deeming the watch no longer fixable because of the glue. So again, if you have a meaningful watch, that is important to you and has sentimental value I strongly recommend you stay away.Update 4/9. Fifth watch maker I’ve went to. Watch is not fixable whatsoever after the amount of glue used.

A fine experience - They went out of their way to please me - I had my white gold necklace fixed - fairly priced. I will end up buying another necklace from this shop.

My wife was just there and asked the lady at the counter to kindly wear a mask: "Would you mind wearing a mask?", response: "Actually, I do... But I am going to wear one for you". What kind of arrogance is this ? You should know better. You can do what you want on your own time but when serving customers show some respect!

I brought several pieces to get repaired here. They did an excellent job and the repairs were not simple. The staff is absolutely lovely, helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic place. My fiance went to them for my engagement ring upon the recommendation from a family member. It is absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship is better then jewelers we went to in the city. My fiance says they were very helpful throughout the whole process, including working around his schedule so he could surprise me. I love the ring! Would recommend anytime!

Sorry, ladies! If you are not pretty enough or if your cash is not green enough- you won't get the time of day here. Take your business elsewhere, somewhere they are more interested in what brought you to the store and not in how much money you will spend.

My wife and many of her family used to go to the Yonkers location and she suggested I go to the Eastchester location for a gift for my niece. Nice selection and helpful staff. Very friendly as well.

All I can say is do not go there they are a rip off. I went to have my watch repaired The price they gave me was $20 more than 2 other places that I called. The woman in the shop was very nice but the Man who I think is the owner was very arrogant I will never go back there again and I suggest that everyone think twice before they go there .

I took my brand new engagement ring here to see if they had something they could put on to have the ring fit a little bit more snug on my finger. I was looking for something non abrasive so when the lady returned my ring to me I realized she had put a metal clasp on it. I asked her if it would scratch my ring and she assured me it wouldn't, backing it up with her "19 years of experience". Low and behold there are 2 very noticeable scratches on my ring where the clasps were. Thank you, Twin Jeweler's for lying to me just to make a quick $10.88 off of me.

I have gotten several ear piercings here. None of them were very painful or expensive. I'm definitely coming back for more earrings in the future.
