Unfortunately, this flower shop was NOT up to its usual standards when we ordered funeral flowers last week for our dear aunt. The arrangement was NOT fresh, and the flowers were sparse. We were at both the wake and the funeral and saw the flowers up close. They were embarrassing. We were really surprised as we have used this florist for many years, including for the funeral for one of our own parents as well as for our now adult children's prom flowers, and countless times for ill and injured friends. What was more shocking than the poor quality of the floral arrangement was the reaction of the shop's owner when I called after the funeral to complain. Expressing zero sympathy for our loss, he insisted that I had miscounted the number of blooms on the arrangement ($300 for only 24 half wilted blooms). I did not take a photo as I did not want to seem crass at the wake, and of course, would never take out my cell phone at a funeral Mass. As he offered us only a 25% refund after shouting at me on the phone, we decided instead to NOT accept the refund and post this review so other bereaved families will not have to go through what we did. We will not be returning to this florist.

Went to by flowers for my ex mother In law who was in the hospital and he was kind enough to let me know that flowers were not acceptable in ICU and he didn't want me to waste my money. This type of honesty goes such a long way, will definitely be back

I used Robert's again recently for my wife's birthday and the bouquet that he put together was beautiful. Another aspect that is most important to me when buying flowers is they lasted over two weeks which I thought was incredible. I have used Roberts twice now and will be my go to for local flower purchases. I also like that he will take vases back because over time we have accumulated more than we know what to do with and would rather see them go to good use than in a landfill.

Amazing flowers and knowledgeable owner. Give him a budget to work with, some colors you want to see, and a flower or two that you really like and he’ll put together a beautiful bouquet that smells fresh for days. I haven’t bought flowers with an aroma so pleasant that actually lasted before.
