great Service, knowledgeable people & beautiful jewelry- my family & friends have been going here for years and everyone is treated so respectfully!! and their prices are very competitive! graduations, Valentine's Day, holidays, promotions, new baby ...even a horrible week of work have all been made better by gifts from Obsession! can not recommend them enough!

I don't do a lot of jewelry shopping, but when I do, I go to Obsession Jewelers. I've purchased a necklace or two and am happy. Moreso, my jewelry needs are repairs, ring guards, selling gold silver, Obsession has always met my needs and is the jeweler I go to. Staff has always been friendly & patient. I feel comfortable even though I'm not a high ticket purchaser. Tracy is especially pleasant and helpful. There is a purchase I may make in a few months. She took time and explained options that could meet my budget. She did not try to hard sell me. I left the store with a ring guard secured which is the reason I went in, and left with new information about the purchase I may make. When the time is right, I will go back to Obsession and ask Tracy to help me. Was happy to see several new customers at the counter as I left.

So happy with my necklace from Obsession Jewelers in Eastchester. After my divorce I wanted to do something with my engagement and wedding band gold/diamonds. I drew something I had in my head and after some recommendations by the staff - I got my white and yellow gold "flower" for my new beginning! Then had them make me earrings(minus the diamonds) to match. Get so many compliments.Love them!

I am so Happy to find what I was looking for so close to my house.is my birthday next month and I wanted to purchase a watch for myself and they had exactly what i had in mind. The people at the store a super friendly and the variety of men's jewelry they have is incredible.

I went on quite happy to have found a place to change the battery of my watch(which Macys was charging 150 and 6 weeks to do) however it was not great service I assume because of my color. I dropped off my watch, ran to my car for 2 minutes, came back and a sales person who had seen me in the store, heard me speaking with another sales clerk looked at me and took two minutes to decide to reopen the door. I would not recommend this place to people or color.

I needed something custom made last minute , they were able to design and come through with exactly what I wanted! Satisfaction is guaranteed at this jeweler. I'll definitely be back.

Brought in a chain to be repaired. The woman in the front looked at the chain & quoted me $40-$50. When my fiancé went to get the chain today they said it would be $92. It is unethical to quote a customer one price & day of pickup to double the price. Has nothing to do with the price but scamming customers to pay double the day of is completely wrong!! If I knew it would be almost $100 I would’ve went somewhere else & they probably know that which is why they lie. The two woman were very rude & just saying the quality of the chain needs to match the clasp which I completely understand which is why I went in for a quote in the first place. Don’t go to this place unfortunately they are not transparent and lie about pricing

Brought a watch in for a new band. Same watch Tanos jewelry did in two weeks. It’s been three weeks with no results. They have to find a “new supplier “ ridiculous. Won’t go back again
