The young brown curly-haired lady at the pharmacist was so rude. If you hate your job, stay home. The minute clinic was a huge waste of time because you can't tell if you're booking through the pharmacy or the minute clinic.

I can safely say that I have just met the nastiest and rudest person ever at the Eastchester minute clinic. If you are not a people person, you should not be hired for a job that requires dealing with people. Please do better CVS.

NP shared my protected health information without verifying my identity, misread CDC guidelines for vaccination and made an incorrect medical decision based on them, refused to explain, refused to identify herself, and hung up on me.

The medical professional working there was extremely rude to myself and others and lacked knowledge while making assumptions without actually knowing my health history. I'm guessing that there's almost no chance that they would put up with someone treating them the same way they treat others. I hope they seek help soon or are already getting help. Is the pay and work conditions at CVS really bad because they seem to hire awful people. They also administered my vaxx incorrectly and didn't do something they said they would, so I had to go elsewhere.

It's clean and well-kept. I also had a great experience with the person that administered my son's Covid booster. What I didn't appreciate was the disrespect that I experienced because I was a few minutes late to his appointment. I don't know who this person was but she worked in the minute clinic. ( I should have gotten her name) As soon as I get there, she says “your appointment has been canceled”. I was dumbfounded. I couldn't believe it, just because I was a few minutes late she wanted to cancel the appointment. I told her that I came out of work early and did my best to get there on time. She rolled her eyes and said, “why didn't you pick a later time”. I told her a later time was not available. Eventually, my son did get his shot. I found out from another worker that the reason she wanted to have my appointment canceled was so she could leave early. A person like her should not work with patients that need medical attention. Her actions show she is irresponsible and not willing to care for a patient if it interferes with her plans. Her actions can have serious consequences. I would not come back here, especially if I have to deal with her again. I don't recommend this place if she is still here.

On Feb 8th, I went to get the Covid test done for my daughter and myself and it was a smooth ride. 10-15mins of waiting and the antigen test was done. The doctor was nice and checked for flue as well. The place was not busy may be becoz we were there around noon.

Clinic no longer accepts walk in patients, though the website and kiosk both indicate that they so. No appointments for days. Totally eliminates the appeal. Don't waste your time if you have no appointment.

My mother came in to the clinic this morning after a full week of feeling ill (not covid related). She was seen by Raymond Cordi, NP who at the very start making accusations that she did not have an appointment, which was untrue. Each time she tried to explain her symptoms he would dismiss her, and downplay what she was saying. No one wants to be treated like this at any medical clinic, especially if you're feeling unwell. He was extremely reluctant to give her a medical note that would excuse her from being at work today. He didn't event sign the note. She didn't realize this until she had come home. He was incredibly unprofessional, had a nasty attitude and mansplained my mother the entire time. I would highly advise avoid being seen by Mr. Cordi.

I came to minute clinic for a rapid result Covid test on 2/27/21. I have had many during the pandemic, but this was by far the BEST experience! Candice and Dawn went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, comfortable, informed, and even left with a huge smile! (Both ladies had a positive spirit and great senses of humor.... that energy is contagious). They made what is usually a nerve-wracking experience, a comforting one. Thank you!!!

This clinic is very well run! I have been here for myself and my high school age daughter. Quick easy and they get the diagnosis right. For routine issues they are excellent!

Great professional care when they are there, but the hours are not what are advertised. This clinic is open based on the convenience of the people working there not based on the hours it says it's open. Always call first before making a trip here.
