Was a ridiculously unpleasant experience for us here.They swap out stylists you book if a favourite patron comes along, without once asking/checking with you. I only discovered mid way through the haircut that I didn't get assigned to the stylist I chose online. The frills of an iPad etc are only kept for a chosen few kids...so good luck if your kid is not the lucky one.The staff was rude & unapologetic. She blamed it all on my being a few minutes late for the appointment, even though I was made to wait 20 mins for the haircut.

Cannot see anything on the website to make a decision if I should even go there. Would have liked to see photos of kids' haircuts, but that is not available unless you give them your personal information

Did a great job cutting our sons hair. Really cleaned around his head which another place had trouble to do. Asked how we wanted the haircut and followed through perfectly.recommend this place.

I have frequented many Hair Salons and boutiques over the years. M Salon by leaps and bounds is number 1 in my book.I live in the Tuckahoe /Eastchester area and have been to many hair salons and boutiques over the years.I give M Salon in Eastchester, a Five Star Plus rating.I refer anyone I meet to this salonIncluding friends , and business associates .The staff are professional, courteousand do a fabulous hair styling job with my hair and all the clients.They cater to both women and menHairstyling and children as well.The salon has TVs and small cars for the children to sit in to make them feel at ease ,when they are getting a haircut perhaps their first.I rate it The number “1” hair salon in all of Westchester.Signed truly, , A very happy clientI have returned several times since this original review and I give it once again a Five Star plus rating.Again , truly it is the best salon that I’ve ever been to. As a side, I always look like a $1 million dollars when I walk out of the salon. I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I have frequented many salons ovee years, & "M salon in Eastchester" is by far number one in my book. This salon outshines all the rest .When you have tried all of the rest, now try the best. I live in the Tuckahoe Eastchester area for years. When I walk out of the salon I look truly beautiful and look like a $1 million dollars ! Plus. I refer anybody I meet , Including friends contact and business associates to this salon in Eastchester. They cater to adults and small children and children of all ages as well. They have a TV at the kids station , a car and an airplane for the small children to sit in to make them feel at ease when they have a haircut , perhaps their first. I gave and give now the salon a five star plus rating . I would not go anywhere else. Signed, a truly happy customer once and always.

We have been customers for about 2 yrs! My kids both had their first haircuts here and continue to go. The ladies here are very patient and work with you and your child to have a pleasant experience. My children look forward to getting their hair cut every time! Such a great place to get a child's haircut. Highly recommended!

They are amazing here. I’ve had my 3 year old daughters hair cut here many times and it’s always exactly how I ask . they put your child’s favorite movie on and make sure they’re happy during the whole process. I highly recommendService: Hairstyling

Brought my son here twice already and Yanet is amazing. He is super difficult and hates haircuts but she is calm and quick and cut his hair so well despite all the fighting and yelling.Service: Kids' cuts

My toddler had his first haircut here, it’s a perfect spot for kids! I was worried my son wouldn’t stay still for a haircut, but not only he stayed still, he enjoyed sitting in the cool pretend car seat and he got a nice haircut out of it too!! I’m a happy Mama!! Excellent experience since the moment I contacted them through Instagram very fast and polite replies , when I went in for my consultation my hair dresser was really nice since the moment I walked in the door and very honest upon the choices I wanted to do on my hair which I loved , as well had a great time being there as I was getting my hair done by Ida she was very sweet and out going which made me feel safe and happy to be there because it no longer felt like I was with a complete stranger but someone I knew . The results of my hair we're amazing I loved the after process .
