I can't believe I'm so excited about a new toilet seat. I really didn't think I would be able to replace it and it makes the biggest difference in the bathroom. I can't thank the team at Frank Webb enough (Anne Marie & Jamie) for their extraordinary help and attention to detail. No question/issue is too small or big for these two...their expert advice, experience with products, and direct access to suppliers is beyond anything else I have experienced in the home renovation/supplier space. Will absolutely be recommending to friends and family, and will return for future needs!”

“I’m leaving this review because I feel that the average review is too low on this place. We’ve visited Best a number of times and they provided materials for a major bathroom renovation. The staff was very helpful and we returned our unused fixtures for a refund, minus a reasonable restocking fee. We even returned a towel rack a year later because we had forgotten about it, with no problem. You may need to wait for assistance if you arrive with no appointment, but they have a list so you can get assistance in order of your arrival. Their selection is really nice and helps you decide what you want for your project. I highly recommend Best.”

“I never leave reviews but I have to for this place. Found the rare valve that I couldn't find anywhere else in a 20 mile radius. The service is fantastic and friendly. I would like to add the few times I have been there that the customers waiting online are often extremely helpful and willing to share their experience. I don't know if I will ever have to come back but I can't recommend them enough...... especially if you need to find that old rare part that nobody else can find!”
