Took more than 45’ to obtain an inhaler that was called on the morning. An inhaler does not need to be prepared or packaged. You just grab it from the shelf and give it to the patient. Very poor customer service.

It was an overall great experience! Sometimes when I go there is a staff member who follows young teenagers in the store and is rude to them. Some staff members are also rude as well. But other than that I have a great time!

Really disappointed at this CVS. Always a long line for the pharmacy, they never have stuff we need on the shelves (and I mean basic stuff), their pharmacy staff have limited “bedside manners” and are always in a rush. The passport photo service is always down - “the camera hasn’t been working” is their excuse. So fix it!! I rarely have a good experience here, will stop coming.

CVS is a hot mess in general. But this cvs just takes the cake. They don’t have enough staff ever. The line for PHARMACY IS WAY TOO LONG ALL THE TIME. I’m gonna finally switch to another pharmacist because I got a new insurance plan. I get it you need to eat your lunch at 1:30. But once 2 pm hits. Drink an energy drink. SMH

Stayed on line while on hold for 50+ mins. They just ignored the phone. The line is always long and they do not have enough help. Honestly, go somewhere else.

This review is for the Photo Service at the 375 White Plains Road location. I was having difficulty getting photo cards at another CVS store and called this one. I spoke to Sharon who was extremely helpful and friendly. She did everything possible to have my photos printed quickly and get me out of the store in record time. There are two CVS stores closer to me but I will travel to Eastchester for any further photo needs. Well done!

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. Awful experience On 7/14 my physician submitted 4 prescriptions to CVS located on 375 White Plains Road, Eastchester, NY 10709 914-337-5300. Bromphen-PSA-DM 2-30-10 mg/5ml Azithromycin 250 mg tablet Benzonatate 200 mg capsule Servent Diskus 50 mcg In addition I had a refill of Mounjaro waiting for me. I received 3 bags and paid $71.82 for 5 prescriptions. There were 3 prescription receipts stapled together on one bag. I asked Jessica who was at the register and is listed on the CVS receipt as the Helper does this mean there are 3 prescriptions in this bag and she answered, yes. I arrived home to find Bromphen-pse-dm medicine in the bag and no Azithromycin or Benzonatate which should have been in the same bag. I called the pharmacy to let them know there were 2 medications missing and I was ultimately accused of misplacing the medicine. I took Jessica's word for it. I should have opened the bad right then and there, my mistake. I am a grown adult that does not make up stories, my husband was with me when I opened the bag. I requested that they go to the bin and let me know if the medicine was still there, possibly in a separate bag. They IGNORED my request. I went to the pharmacy in person there was a young lady near the consultation window and whispered under her breth to Migdalia, "she's here". Unbelievable! Migdalia showed me a video showing that 3 bags were put in a larger bag and that I took the bag and left. This proves NOTHING, it did not show the contents of any of the bags. Jackie the manager was called who was no help whatsoever and just agreed with Migdalia that the bags were placed in a larger bag and I left. Am I supposed to open medicine bags to make sure they give me what I pay for? From now on I will! Now I don't have my antibiotic or the benzonatate that is supposed to help with my congestion and bronchial condition. No one offered any solution whatsoever. When I asked in person if the bin could be checked MY REQUEST WAS IGNORED and again what was shown in the video was repeated, 3 bags were placed in a larger bag and I left. What does this even mean? My husband was with me and did get excited and instead of Migdalia defusing the situation she joined him in a screaming match and then refused to help the patient/customer "ME". She indicated to me and to Jackie that she wasn't filling anything. How professional! This is not the first time there has been an issue with medication for me or others at this same CVS. On 6/16 I was supposed to receive a 90 day supply of Jardiance and only received one bottle of which I thought was a 30 day supply. I went in person and the manager Virginia Mannello showed me a picture of 3 bottles that I was supposedly given. I received one bottle so I'm sure that picture was from a previous refill. I am 64 and not crazy. I know what I receive. I then spoke with Robert Bocci, God Bless him who had me look at the quantity of the bottle and the bottle indicated 90. Unfortunately, I opened the bottle and there were only 30 which was not the fault of CVS. They had me call the manufacturer and the manufacturer did indicate there was a problem with the labeling and sent the missing medication to CVS. Did I receive an apology for being shown a picture of what I did not receive? Absolutely not! But Robert was and is always very professional and always tries to help. Hire more pharmacists like Robert Bocci. He is golden! I demand this pharmacy locate my missing medication or cancel the order on the system so my insurance can pay for the medications again. I also need to be reimbursed for the medication I NEVER RECEIVED! This is being documented and reported not only to corporate but also to the department of professionals in the event I end up in the ER or worse so that my family can sue CVS. I'm sure if I were not Hispanic I wouldn't receive this type of treatment. You must be wondering why I don't switch pharmacies. Not that I have to explain my choices but I am a HEART FAILURE patient
