I have been an Audi owner for 6+ years, previously going to Audi Jack Daniels in New Jersey (they were terrible to the point where I was thinking of no longer continuing with Audi). I decided to give Audi New Rochelle a try and couldn’t be more thrilled with the amazing service I received!Edgar went above and beyond to find the vehicle I loved and understood all my specific requirements. He is so insightful with all the models and his attention to detail made the difference between a good experience and an exceptional one. The paperwork was seamless. As for my car itself, I couldn’t be happier with my new Audi! This is my first electric vehicle, and I was a little nervous. But Edgar made sure to explain all the details. His professionalism, knowledge, and passion really made him stand out. I never felt rushed or pressured. Treated badly and lack of acknowledgment, until she found out I was the owner of the car. Went in with my mom (who spoke with them on the phone prior to our visit) and the advisor, Samantha, failed to acknowledge me and was rude when I asked for a printout and asked questions about the parts printout.No issues with the technicians, besides finding out I paid $675 for them to just put in refrigerant (my mom had taken it to get “ac fixed” due to me working) hence the +1 stars.

I just want to personally thank Joe the GM, my salesman Tasso and Jose the business manager for helping me with my needs in finding a new car. After my 2019 Q5 was in an accident and totaled I need a new car and went to Audi New Rochelle and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and felt welcomed. They all listened to my needs and worked within my budget and I left with a new Q5 the same day! Not what I was expecting but they made it happen! The whole staff there was wonderful! Everyone that worked there came up to me to congratulate me on my new purchase. I never experienced that at other dealerships I dealt with in the past. They definitely care about their customers!! I highly recommend paying them a visit. You won’t be disappointed!

I recently had an exceptional experience at Audi of New Rochelle. I was in the market for a RS5 and visited this dealership. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The salesperson, Jonathan Frias, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions, and helped me find the exact car I was looking for (even though that specific car was at a different Audi dealership). Throughout the process, the entire team at Audi of New Rochelle were great and never pressured me into making a decision. The pricing and negotiation process were fair, and I felt that I received a great deal on my new car. The business manager Jonel Gonzales was exceptional, and offered very competitive financing options. I was pleasantly surprised when there were no hidden fees or mysterious charges on my finance sheet. I was trading-in my current vehicle (Mercedes Benz), and this is where I feared Audi of New Rochelle was going to fall short of my current trade-in value from Mercedes Benz of Manhattan. As suspected, the initial trade-in value came up a bit short compared to Mercedes, but Jonel kept working to improve the offer. When he hit an impasse said he would do his best to get a better deal, but would need the General Manager’s approval. I been to many dealerships in my life ,and you know when the words “general manager”, and “needs to approve” are mentioned you are in for a long wait and a shakespearian theater performance. I waited for about two minutes and the general manager Joe Marra came into to the office. Joe asked me three questions 1. Have you ever owned an Audi? No! 2. Did I test drive the RS5? Yes! 3. Did I love it? Yes! He then said welcome to the Audi family and not only did he match my current trade-in value from Mercedes… He beat it! I couldn’t believe it. Needless to say the customer service was top-notch. The staff at Audi of New Rochelle were courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs. I felt like a valued customers through the entire journey. Even after the sale, the dealership has continued to impress me with their post-purchase support. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owed car and want a hassle-free, transparent, and overall fantastic buying experience, Audi of New Rochelle is the place to go. They have certainly earned my trust and loyalty, and I couldn’t be happier with my new RS5.

Poor customer service got here around 5 p.m nobody at front desk, nobody asked if I needed assistance till 25 min in when a gentleman was kind enough to call someone to help me out. I was interested in buying a S5 and was denied a test drive at around 5:30-5:40 p.m due to it being "too late" "traffic" "Can't do it in the last hour" although they close at 7 p.m. Disappointed at Audi customer service overall I expected better. I ended up going to Mercedes Benz 5 min away and received a test drive on the C43 with no issues. Audi New Rochelle you got to do better, not sure if I'll be coming back to this dealership.

I worked with Peter at Audi of New Rochelle for my new Q5. He is no nonsense and I appreciated his directness. Everyone on the staff is really courteous and easy to talk to. The whole process was quick and efficient and I was able to pick up my car the next day. I am living my Q5 and couldn’t be happier!

This is a great dealership, service writers and staff are very kind and professional. I took a Corvette here for their NitroFill tire service and were more than happy to accommodate me. 10/10 I recommend this location, even more so if you own an Audi!

Such an amazing experience. I worked with Justin and he was very patient, transparent, and allowed me to explore all my options. I'm so pleased with my experience here that I look forward to continuing to give my business to this dealership. For my first time moving to a luxury car, I couldn't have had a better shopping experience and be able to leave with a car the same day. Customer service is truly impeccable. They greet you upon arrival, speak to you with the upmost respect and walk you through your needs and concern. They provided pick up and drop off service which as a new driver I was not aware of and highly appreciate. The place is obsessively clean and neat. Would highly recommend!

Just signed a lease for a 2023 Q5 Sportsback. Could not ask for a more pleasant experience thanks to Jonathan Frias.
