Long lines. Horrible staff. Don’t have a clue. Chase should be ashamed of this branch.

I recently had a horrible experience at this branch. However, I would like to thank Chase Corporate for recognizing and rectifying the unpleasant experience Ms. Burgos and the older African American teller with the tattoo eyebrows treated me.
