I recently had a horrible experience at this branch. However, I would like to thank Chase Corporate for recognizing and rectifying the unpleasant experience Ms. Burgos and the older African American teller with the tattoo eyebrows treated me. I hope in the future the tellers & upper management receives the proper feedback in coaching.

Chase bank stole 80$ from me and refuse to do anything. When I go in they tell me to speak to someone on the phone who hardly speaks a word English. Granted this isn’t this branches fault but nonetheless 80$ is still missing and the people at this local chase branch do not care about you or two to try and even resolve the problem

Went to open an account and was told I need an appointment. Since when is opening an account not the #1 most important activity a bank does? There is also no more greeting customers as you walk in. ?

This place always has a line out the door no matter the time. The lady in the wheelchair is ALWAYS the only one working. Worst chase in westchester. Not only do we have to deal with it but the staff has the audacity to take there time, talk, laugh before taking customers. It seems theres no sense of urgency and I recommend a manager from a different territory to come and take over this location.

I would give zero stars if I could to this branch. I called and made an appointment to open an account. When I arrived there I was informed by a super rude employee called Jared that no appointments were made and he was leaving. I understand that mistakes happen but there is no need to be nasty and rude to your customers. Instead of finding a solution to a problem I didn`t create, I got this guy attitude. Forget about professionalism with this branch, will not come back never again.

Not the best chase is ab understatement. I've never waited around so long with so many employees just absolutely ignoring me. Only one person ahead of me and I stood there for 15 min with no interactions.

Staff is very pleasant but its its impossible to get in contact with someone over the phone. Ive called over 2 days and no one ever answers mind you I was sitting in the lobby to testing this too. Needs much improvement or should be shutdown.

Always seen to be short staffed. stood there a good 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence. I would only go here to use the ATM. There are better branches around the area that provide better service.

Website says Chase in Eastchester is open and its NOT !!!! I Needed to make a deposit but only Atm machines were available inside .....the rest of the bank is locked with employees inside working ,....doing what ?? Not HELPING CLIENTS WITH BANKING NEEDS !!!DON'T CLAIM TO BE OPEN IF YOU'RE NOT LETTING IN CLIENTS !!!!!
