me again! all of my nails fell off on my left hand when i picked up my dog. went back and wanted a refund (because i don’t want them touching my nails ever again) and i was only given 60 dollars because “one hand is fine” opposed to the 120 + tip that i paid. this place disgusts me

i just paid 120 dollars (BEFORE tip) for my manicure to be unmatched and uneven. two people worked on my nails. cathy did my right hand and it’s absolutely horrid. it was rushed, all of the nails are slanted, and they’re 3x thicker than the nails on my left hand. in addition, she didn’t even ask me how long i wanted my nails and just made them as short as she wanted. cindy, on the other hand, took over and did the nails on my left hand (which are PERFECT) because cathy just called her over to finish the manicure because i guess she didn’t want to?? i will never go back to this place. 120 dollars for a manicure to look like someone is learning how to do nails is crazy. for this price i could have gotten tips with gel polish and a gel pedicure at my usual salon. the second my usual place reopens from vacation im going and having these nails soaked off. im insanely disappointed and appalled. UPDATE: not even a day later and the nails on my left hand started to crack :)

I had an accident and broke off one of my toenails a few months ago, so it had been a while since I had a pedicure. Needed to wait until I had something to work with first. I called ahead to make sure they could take me, and it was no problem on a Friday afternoon. A quiet gentleman named Andy worked on me, and when I asked if I could glue an extension onto the broken nail, he suggested UV gel instead. While the heat curing didn't feel great, I'm sure it's because it's still sensitive. He did a great job matching the other toenail in shape and length, and it's not overly thick. As I was getting to the end, more people came in for their appointments, and it filled up, so my timing was lucky. Overall I'm very pleased with the work and cleanliness of everything.

I took my very senior mother there. Absolutely no help from anyone working there. Barely acknowledged both of us. All about doing volume not customer service. Very rude place. We have been before and the service was better. So long, won't be back

I came from another salon upset about how my pedi turned out. I get acrylic on my big toe and the other salon completely butchered it. I came in here asking to have it fixed and she did EXACTLY what I asked for. I left very happy the shape is beautiful!! Definitely coming here next time.

The staff is thoughtful and attentive. I had a pedicure which was good. I had a powder manicure, although it looked nice that day within 3 days my nails were breaking and the powder cracked on most of my nails. I prob won't go back considering the quality of the powder. I spent about $100+ on a gel manicure and spa pedicure. The gel manicure (French style) started chipping/peeling three days later. Some white parts are missing. The spa pedicure okay and the person who did it was very nice. She helped me find a good color for my toes.The location itself is bright and airy. It is also very clean. However, I’ve gotten gel manicures in the past and they’ve lasted well past two weeks with the only issue happening is nail growth. I’m annoyed I spent so much for a three day gel manicure.Positive: Pedicure still holding up.Services: Gel manicures
