Useless customer service, always sorry but can't actually solve any issues. Overly complicated delivery process. Delivery constantly being "rescheduled" for no good reason. Many many fraudulent attempts to deliver proven lies by security camera. Do not use this carrier.

My second experience having a delivery with them and both could be classified as gross incompetence. First time they delivered only half of the furniture I ordered, and when I called, they suggested I come pick up the remaining items myself. This time the truck arrived at my house, then drove away. Shortly after my order was updated to say customer fully refuses the order!? They never even approached the house to speak with anyone! After calls to customer service I was told it was damaged and I need contact the company I ordered from. Really? They drove the item to my house and then noticed it was damaged? On top of that couldn't even walk 20 feet to inform us on the status.I've been in the warehouse and seen broken pallets with damaged items spilled all over the floor. In the future if I see XPO as the delivery service I will cancel any order immediately. They are not worth the hassle

If I could give zero stars I would!! We ordered a new range and XPO was the delivery company. We were given a confirmed delivery date and then told the day before delivery that the date had been pushed back a week. We were upset but understood that things happen. The day before the second "confirmed" delivery date we were supposed to receive a call to provide us with a delivery time window. Near the end of the business day, we had not received any communication, so we contacted XPO and were given a delivery window for the following day. The morning of the delivery we received a call from XPO notifying us that the delivery date had been pushed back again, eight days this time, with no explanation as to why. We ask to speak to a manager and were told we would receive a callback within 24 - 48 business hours. We offered to pick the range up ourselves, as we had been without one for nearly two months. We were told this could be discussed when the manager callback occurred. Over 72 business hours passed and we never received a callback, so we contacted XPO again and were told we would receive a manager call back by the next day, we have still not received a call. Luckily, our range was finally delivered, however, the power cord was missing and XPO fail to notify us of this until after loading and hauling away the old range, which we could have removed the power cord from instead of being made to purchase a new one. We called to speak to someone about this issue and were told we would receive a callback, but never did. We received a "How was our service" email and listed our concerns and were told we would receive a call about them, and never did. It has been nearly two weeks, this is terrible customer service and the worst communication we have ever had with any company! Shame on you XPO!!

This rating appears to be specific to the East Syracuse NY location but I'm not sure it really has anything to do with them or not. It definitely has to do with the overall XPO organization. I purchased an item and they were having it delivered via XPO. The first time talking to XPO (it's always a foreign location) they said they could only schedule it on a Tuesday. So it was scheduled and they said they would call 30 minutes before it got there. I was never called and they said they didn't deliver it because no one was home. I called XPO (again Foreign as they would never let me talk to the local East Syracuse place). They didn't care. I talked to half a dozen people. They rescheduled for the next Tuesday. On Monday night while looking to see the timeframe it was canceled. Called XPO again and they said it was canceled because they were to busy. Crazy. Finally scheduled for the next Tuesday and this time it was delivered. At least a half hour before the scheduled time they called to say they would be there in 5 minutes. Awful terrible company.On a plus side the two delivery people did a good job and were nice and respectful so I think this has more to do with the larger/foreign XPO situation.

Worst delivery company ever, you can never speak with the local hub always an overseas person, spent almost 2 months trying to get a Samsung dishwasher installed, first they wouldn't because old one was hard wired and was never told differently, then I needed a special outlet, then the unit was damaged and had to wait and wait, the next time they showed up they didn't have the parts and reschedule again, then they decided to just drive by my house and say I wasn't home and told me I would have to reschedule which would be another week. Will never do business again with any company that deals with xpo.

The gentleman who delivered was beyond professional and personable, despite the hard position he was put in the maneuver 2 pallets of fencing that were too large for the loading platform. He was in danger of injury the whole time, never complained, was determined stayed positive and was a pleasure to deal with. This guy was from Oswego, but I didn't catch his name. Those loading the truck need to think of the single person who will need to unload them safely.

Picked up a couple skids of construction material from this XPO location. Everything went smooth! I got my load and was on the road in about 20 minutes. Definitely will have stuff shipped here again!

I'm a driver for this company 1 we don't bring items into customers houses due to insurance 2 were contracted with lowes, home depot, ace hardware, etc we do not set up the items we deliver only so all these reviews complaining about it are pointless the companies contracted with us are responsible for that

Loaded from this specific locations 5 days a week for a year. Always lost shipments. Kept bad records of locations for trailers and items stored in said trailers.Did not provide adequate space for picking up deliveries. Employees always played dumb never knowing how to help or where to start.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. The delivery team was unprofessional, rude and left all the garbage in the middle of my street when they left. The manager, Dan, was nice at first, but quickly became rude and unprofessional. I will never ever use them again or go through a company that uses them.

Terrible!! Terrible service. Home depot shouldn't affiliate with a company like this. Customer service will not answer the phone nor return calls. Very rude unprofessional drivers.

Bought a brand new dishwasher and paid for install. Delivery drivers refused to install because the old one was hard wired in. I was more than willing to remove, wouldn't wait 2 minutes. Missing parts, was told I have to call Bosch and source lost parts myself. Will never spend another dollar with any company that deals with them.

Ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot. The first time it showed up damaged but we didn't find out until after clearing everything out. The second time they delivered someone else's refrigerator to our house but again we didn't find out until after clearing everything out (I bought Samsung, LG was delivered).The lift gate for the delivery vehicle also damaged my driveway during delivery attempt #1.Tried calling XPO but they don't answer the phone. This is not ok.

Awful and insulting! Delivery driver "Mike" gave me 10 minutes' warning that he'd be here, not 30. He then proceeded to argue and interrupt on the phone and kept citing their rule that he would only wait 15 minutes. I made it here within his 25-minute turnaround time (even though it should have been 45 minutes) but he never showed. He claimed he came to the house; I have the call and location logs to prove I was here at the right time, and he was not. I think he turned the truck around out of spite. Infuriating experience, and they don't answer the phone when i tried to call to complain. Mike should be fired.
