They’re super friendly and accommodating. It’s a busy but small location. It’s well staffed and the staff are all phenomenal. There’s been a few times I’ve asked if a script can be ready by a certain time due to leaving town and they’re always great about it. The line goes pretty quickly and it’s really convenient when you need to buy groceries anyways. The only small complaint I have is that some meds do have to be ordered but that’s any small pharmacy you go to. The staff give you a small town pharmacy vibe. 5/5

Yeah I'm pretty sure they are price gouging ,milk and eggs are going down everywhere except for Wegmans and the subs have really gotten to be one of the worst I have had

Service is great. they always have more staff than is really necessary and they are generally working behind the counter if more than one customer comes in line more staff from the back comes up in front. they are always there to serve you what you need .The pharmacists do their best to have the prescription ready when you ask. if you do not ask for a specific time they will process your prescription when time presents .they are a very busy pharmacy so I would plan to be a little bit later than normal if you don't tell him when you want it.their processing system for prescriptions is just great it can go back up to 3 years to see what prescriptions you had purchased in the past

Wegmans needs to work on their Covid 19 app and make the scheduling easier. I am an experienced computer user and found the app to be clumsy to navigate. Also kudos to the pharmacy on Niagara Falls blvd Amherst NY, they were flexible and courteous in helping us get the vaccine booster whereas Alberta Drive was not !!!!

I just wanted to give a big thanks to the wonderful lady working in the sub shop, around 1:25pm today.She was so polite and patient with me. Also she made sure that everything was perfect for my order. God bless her!! Wish everyone had customer service like her!!

We had a custom cake made here and they were so awesome when we called to order it. When we came to pick it up, it was perfect! The same day, we ordered some sandwiches from the sub shop and the gentleman making our sandwiches was so friendly! We really appreciate Wegmans! Always great service and great selection!

There system that textes you to let you know when your perscription is ready is always wrong. You get there and the prescription is never ready. Other than that there very helpful and knowlegable about everything else!

This is definitely the smallest Wegmans location I've been to. Still, they deliver the same level of quality as any other Wegmans store, albeit with a much smaller selection. For the basics, this suffices. It's definitely nice to be able to run here to pick something up instead of having to drive to one of the suburbs. The staff here is very accomodating. Though the parking lot is all kinds of hectic, the atmosphere inside is a little more calm than some of the other grocery stores in the area.I've been a handful of times during COVID and only briefly each time, but while I was there it seemed like the staff was taking sanitizing and safety measures seriously.

This is my favorite place to go grocery shopping. I love the James St. Wegmans. The employees are nice and always very helpful when you need it. I like that layout of the store too, it is easy for me to find everything I need. Some of their stuff is over priced compared to other stores though. The store is always clean and so is the parking lot.
