“FOR TRANSPARITY: My BILL was $5,100!
My cat was held overnight for two nights, had x-rays and ultrasounds, IV fluids and prescription medications. She did NOT have any surgeries.
This place did save my cat’s life. She was very sick, wouldn't eat or drink. I took her to Banfield initially, but they didn’t have the tools needed. They prescribed her an antibiotic and sent her home. I knew she wasn’t going to make it, so I brought her to this emergency hospital. She was diagnosed with Triaditis. I am thankful she is doing better now ❤️ the vets and techs were very informative. Front desk personnel were not very friendly at all.
Dogs and cats only no exotics accepted at this hospital.”

“Slightly pricier than other options, but you will get the BEST care possible. They have state of the art equipment, the doctors are geniuses who are consistently researching and contributing to veterinary medical journals, and up to date on the latest discoveries in pet medicine. Dr. G is a trauma surgeon who saved my dog's life and then gave him the best after care ever for weeks. She shared half her turkey sandwich dinner with him when he was in recovery after a long day of surgery... you cannot find more compassion than that. The people who answer phones are amazing as well and so sweet. If only human doctors were as wonderful as this office...”
“Dr Pompo is so caring and great with my dog. My dog never acts anxious when going into her office or when she return from the room where she receives her shots. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Quarryside.”
“This is one of the best vet clinics I've been to in Syracuse (and beyond). Not only does the staff seem to genuinely care about my pets, but the doctor I saw took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions.
In fact, I would give one of the staff members (Skylar) 5 stars, if I could give individual ratings. Skylar took numerous calls from me and ensured I got my cat's inhaler prescription as soon as possible. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness eased a lot of my anxieties about my pets' ailments.
I recommend this place for both dogs and cats - I've brought both here (after trying numerous others in the area).”
“We moved into the area and were looking to switch vets and this was very close to our new home. We called to schedule a meet and greet to just get in the system but it just so happened our dog had a pretty bad cough. I asked if there was any chance they could see him or should we go to our old vet but to our surprise they got us in that day. I LOVE they have a side entrance so if your animal is contagious or anxious they can just enter right into the exam room from the side. The vet techs were great and the Vet herself was so wonderful, she got down on the floor and was so good to our dog gave him all the love he needed. I cannot recommend MVH enough and am so happy I made the call to them.”

“We take our Big Fuzz to see Dr. Mollie Spillett for routine acupuncture services even though South Shore is about 40 minutes away from us. We've known Dr. Mollie for some time and she has always been a concerned and interested provider who genuinely wants to resolve (or stabilize) the presenting issues - no matter how complex the issues are.
Everyone we deal with at South Shore is pleasant and professional, waiting area and exam rooms are very clean, and appointment scheduling is flexible.”

“My talk was vomiting for almost a week, and I could not get a vet, including her own to see her. It was an emergency, but they were booked - even the emergency vets would not see her. I finally was told about Total veterinary care, Cicero and they made room for her that afternoon. We ran all kinds of tests and found a blockage and they proceeded almost immediately with surgery. My Clover is now is home recuperating. Thank God that I found a vet that understands a sensecof urgency! My own vet turned her away. Total veterinary care, Cicero is now my new vet- my dogs are obviously safe in their care. Thank you, Total veterinary care, Cicero.”

“I have been coming here for almost 15 years with all my dogs and cats I have had. It is not corporatized- it is owned by Dr Lezkovitch- an incredible and very experienced vet that I have immense respect for. There have been several other good vets here over the years but she is always here and takes incredible care of my animals. Her office staff is beyond beyond beyond amazing- (not a typo- they are worth 3 beyonds!) patient, kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. And- they are the same people that have been here all 15 years! To me, that says that the business takes care of their people because there isn't that turnover you see in most businesses! I don't feel like they pressure unnecessary procedures; I have never felt rushed when I ask a million questions about taking good care of my animals; and they have been there through the very difficult times that come with being a fur-parent. They also are pretty good about getting my animals in as soon as they can. They are busy - which is another sign that they are good people, but still always get my fur-kids in asap when necessary. It is not cheap, but I think that is an issue everywhere and comparatively I believe they are fairly priced. Though I do wish they'd throw in a complimentary nail trim with exams, but that's just wishing, I suppose, lol! (And they have actually done that a couple times over the years to my immense gratitude- we always just like an extra treat lol) I have nothing but amazing things to say about all the people who work at Mattydale animal hospital!”

“I recently brought my cat here for his annual vaccinations. Although we were twenty minutes late because my cat resisted going into the carrier, they still accepted us (it wasn’t very crowded on a Tuesday). Everyone was so helpful including the check-in lady and the vet. They answered all of my questions. It was a quick visit and cost me only slightly over a hundred bucks.”
