I was very happy with my U-Pack move. They were great at communicating the various steps and updating me on the process. Customer service was very helpful with my questions, and the price was great. Make sure to wrap and package everything well because the truck can be dusty, but that is to be expected. As someone who moves for work often, I would definitely use U-Pack again.

Great experience, all of the information provided held true and the customer service was excellent! We received our trailer well before then expected and exactly the way they said it would be. No issues with anything we had packed. Great Job ABF!

I would definitely use U-Pack again. From original call to delivery they were great. Move was from Upstate NY to Central Florida.

Upack was a great way to relocate from upstate NY to SW Florida. UPack customer service as well as ABF Drivers are friendly, full of information and willing to explain specifics. I initially ordered 3 UPack containers , when I called ABF Syracuse to confirm delivery was informed their fork lift was broken and I needed to contact UPack to switch to a trailer. Actually worked out well and I saved some money as well. I suggest paying the extra to have the trailer dropped at your new location vs unloading at a depot, transferring the items from the trailer to a Uhaul was a bit tricky.

They don't care about their customers. Their only (!) forklift was broken and thus they failed to deliver the moving containers I was supposed to receive. They didn't warn me about this in advance so that I could search for alternative solutions. I learnt about the problem only when I called them to schedule the delivery. Moreover, they couldn't even tell me when the repair would be completed. I ended up cancelling my U-Pack reservation and ordered a large container from PODS instead. Thanks to their incompetence and lack of care for the customers, my moving plans were severely disrupted and I lost hundreds of dollars.

Used U-Pack/Relo-cube for the first time on a cross-country move, and could not be more pleased. Dealing with tricky parking situations at both the pickup and drop-off locations required some extra communication but the drivers and dispatchers were very up front and helpful. Would definitely use this service again.

The best moving experience so far. We got our goods on time.No hidden fees either. The Syracuse staff members were absolutely professional. Park City Utah staff were nice, too.

I had a great experience with U-pack, personally. Was easy to make a last minute reservation via phone when my original moving plan fell through, and ended up being cheaper as well. When I called with questions, I was always able to get an answer, and the reps were very nice. The drivers at both locations(from IL to NY) were quick and friendly with dropping off the cubes, and put them exactly where I wanted them. All my items arrived in tact. If packing the cubes yourself, use straps or rope to secure things and make sure stuff won't move around. Would use them again if I need to move long distance again.

Worst moving experience ever. I’ve had to change my schedule twice now to accommodate the fact that their employees don’t want to work and are short handed. I never received a call to even get an update I had to call and track everything down. Drop off was supposed to be on a Wednesday and they pushed it off a day, now it’s pushed to Monday. Worst customer service ever no offer to fix this situation besides sorry everyone is sick. If there is one thing I can recommend find a different company who is fully staffed to meet your needs because this one is not.

Very disappointed with my experience. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged in some capacity. Several items were broken to pieces during transit and went straight into the dumpster upon arrival. I would not recommend anyone uses this service. In hindsight professional movers would have been worth the extra expense.

I moved from Upstate NY to Illinois in the middle of the global pandemic. The service with U-Pack was amazing. I had a narrow driveway in New York, but they use a forklift to bring the cubes in so it fit the narrow space. I also wasn't sure of my delivery date so they had an option to hold my relocubes in storage that worked perfectly for me. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone going through a long-distance move. Almost everything in my one bedroom apartment fit into one cube, but I ended up using a cube and a quarter due to some larger furniture items.
