We at McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Site love our Toshiba Copier. We recently upgraded to a newer model and it works wonderfully. The Toshiba copier allows us to print our own brochures and Literature regarding our mission to prevent Child abuse. It saves us time and money by doing them ourselves. Thank you Toshiba Syracuse !

The United Way of Seneca County began working with Toshiba earlier this year - what a great business decision! The machine is exactly what we needed and the quality of prints is great. We can even print our own banners! Ordering supplies is fantastically simple and quick - often sending out our order within 24 hours of our request.Our team - Sara and Russ - are professional, knowledgeable and really on top of things. They both check in regularly and Sara helped us navigate some real issues with our previous provider. Definitely 5 stars all around!

I have been the main contact including purchasing, installation, set-up and maintainence for all things network copiers and printers for our school district for 21 years. 11 years ago I changed our supply vendor to Toshiba Syracuse for our school's comprehensive needs for network printers and copiers. I have been so happy that I made the change for our district.My sales representative is thoroughly knowledgeable and has come to know our staff like family. He always knows their needs for the very important office and operational printing-copying equipment. This personal attention to my staff has completely freed me up from those responsibilities- that is big! The equipment performance small to large has met all expectations. The maintainance that comes up from 3 to 5 year old units being used day in and day out by all types of users is always quickly addressed by the Toshiba Service Department.Kudos to Mehme and all of his support team at Toshiba. Keep up the great work!

Had 5 copiers replaced with new and the switch over was perfect. They transferred all settings. They transferred the address book. Minor 5 minute downtime for the switch. Fast, professional, and efficient. Couldn't be happier. This is on top of the great service they provided for us the last 3 years on the ones they took away.

Every interaction with Mehme and his team has been incredible. Toshiba equipment and employees are the best to work with! Alex Godzack is our Sale Rep for Toshiba out of the Syracuse office and he is extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and he assisted us in picking the best copier to fit our everyday office needs and large volume bills that are sent out of our office monthly. We have now had our machine for about a year and we couldn't be happier. Alex checks in with us regularly to make sure we are all set with office equipment and that we are still satisfied with our product! We would highly recommend Toshiba and Alex over and over.
