Our family has had an incredibly positive and supportive experience at Together We Grow. Our son started when he was about 5 months old. Karen, Erin, and all the staff truly care about the kids and get to know them individually. A lot of the staff caring for the children have been at TWG for a long time, which speaks volumes (in a good way!). As first time parents, they did a great job communicating and understanding what we needed. I would highly recommend giving TWG a call if you are looking for a childcare provider in the Syracuse area.

Some of the staff there has severe mental health issues or are recovering addicts. Make sure you ask for the background check and have full name of the staff providing care for you kids. Also if they are presently on cocktails of antipsychotics and mood stabilizers. Because of careless attitude of there staff there has been multiple COVID outbreaks.Good luck

Our children have gone here for their entire lives and we would never consider leaving! We couldn't love the owner, manager, and teachers any more than we do! Everyone is so much fun, loving, and patient! Our kids have picked up so many life skills and they will both be academically ready for kindergarten by about the age of 3. Well worth the wait if you're looking!

We trust Karen and her employees to nature our little one while we're hard at work. Wonderful family atmosphere and just like Cheers, everyone knows your name.

We've been sending my daughter for a year now and we love it here. Of course they aren't perfect and I would never expect that but I know they do an overall great job.

They are all so friendly and caring. My daughter loves going there. I love being able to bring her to a place where I’m not worried about her all day.

It has taken me some time to write this review. I wanted time to cool down and think of a clear response. I brought my son to this daycare when he was 3 months old. We had a great conversation with the owner but were taken back by her assistant. She seemed extremely unprofessional. The first couple months went smooth but things went south fast. I began to notice a high turnover. That obviously made me nervous. With numerous talks with the owner and assistant director about my concerns on how my son came home with a different brand of diaper (someone else's), sent us home with another child's bottle ( a few times), I found him in another baby's crib with their sheets (a few times), feces on his crib sheet, one day he was only fed 1 BOTTLE! Not to mention all of the times they said he needed supplies so I would bring them in to have someone tell me he doesn't need them and they must have mistaken him for another child. There wasn't a week where there wasn't an issue. I also arrived to police in their parking lot due to a break in. That didn't set well with me. I wish I could have pulled him sooner, but as we know daycare isn't available just anywhere and after my experience with this company I was worried to take my son anywhere else without doing extensive research. When I finally found a daycare I notified Together we grow. They responded stating they saw it coming. I made that day I spoke with them the last day my son was to attend. When I went to pick him up they decided to tell me he fell and injured himself. My son had a large dark red bruise on his eye. No one called to tell me this happened. I was beyond upset. Needless to say I will NOT refer a single person to this company EVER.

My children have been here for about a year and my toddler loves it here he loves the owner Karen as do I !! I am very sad that we have to leave here the only issue I had was with a few younger providers not being very helpful, but my son has thrived here and learned so much. My daughter is in the after school program here when she first started it was NOT happy at all a lot of her things where taken and the provider in the room was awful since it has been barb and ty in the room my daughter loves it. I am very sad to leave this area and the this daycare!!!! We will miss Karen the owner the most !!

I have a preschooler and infant here. The preschooler started here as a toddler. The teachers are amazing! Puts my mind at ease knowing my children are well cared for and learning so much every day!

We've been taking our daughter here for the past six months (since she was about 10 months old). I'm really surprised to see the negative reviews because our experience has been very positive. The owner is fantastic and gets to know each child specifically. The teachers have been very attentive and caring. I've never gotten the impression that this daycare is "all about the money." If you pay your daycare bill like you're supposed to, then it's a non-issue. Plus, they are a lot cheaper than other daycares in the area. So far, we have been very happy (and so has our daughter!).

Competent, safe, reliable, educational, structured, fun.....and clean! I have been sending my kids to Together We Grow for the past three years. Karen and the staff skillfully provide a creative, fun experience for the kids while maintaining a safe and secure environment. I highly recommend Together We Grow.

Don't take your child there. You walk in and the place stinks. They are so concerned with money and they don't care about the children. When i dropped my infant off, i put him in a swing and when i picked him up he was in a swing. As he got older id put him in an excersaucer and pick him up from the exercauser. I know they changed him and fed him but he was never held and never put ont eh floor to play. I walked in one day and set him on the floor to play and the teacher jsut about lost her mind. When I first started my son at TWG i was paying 205 a week. becasue im a single mom I got assistance. When assistance kicked in I asked for a statement of how much i overpaid and i wanted to see when i would need to start paying again. I got my statement to find out They were overcharging me. I asked about it and i was told it was being fixed. So weeks later i ask for a new statement and I get it to find the same price. This led into a whole week long questioning back and forth about why i was being charged more. The owner was even calling me while i was at work to discuss the statement. After 2 weeks of this back and forth about the bill, I get a phone call @ 930AM while im working on a friday, its the owner. She is calling to tell me today will be my sons last day. He is not welcome back next week. They are all about the money. They were also very short staffed. I would have to stand in the room or bring my baby to another room until the found a saff member to come in the room so they would stay in ratio.
