“I've been here since it was a Thrift Store, even before that it was a grocery store, let's say I've been here for a very long time, I find what I need most of the time, impulse buy if I find something hidden, bought golf clubs still new unused! I need to find golf balls too! Other than that great find, luggage still new with the wrapper, once found a hidden gem in one of the items i bought, you ask about it after paying, you find a lot of that even with the volunteers sorting them out, tapes, money, gift cars with currency still on them non-expired.”

“I recently had the chance to visit Thrifty Shoppers, and I must say, I was impressed! The first thing that caught my attention was the great prices they offer. It's refreshing to find a store where you can find amazing deals without breaking the bank. But it wasn't just the prices that stood out. Thrifty Shoppers had a wide variety of cool stuff. From clothing to electronics, home decor to books, there was something for everyone. It felt like a treasure trove of unique and interesting items, and I found myself browsing through the aisles for much longer than I had planned. The staff at Thrifty Shoppers were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. They were knowledgeable about the products and willing to assist me with any questions I had. It's always a pleasure to shop in a store where the employees genuinely care about customer satisfaction.Overall, I highly recommend Thrifty Shoppers to anyone looking for great prices and lots of cool stuff. Whether you're hunting for a bargain or simply enjoy exploring unique items, this store is definitely worth a visit. I'll be sure to return myself to see what other gems I can find!”

“Fantastic thrift store with AMAZING prices! They specialize in clothing and housewares, with a few small tables and chairs mixed in. They also do lots of seasonal deals and discounts for extra savings. Today I found an adorable Columbia jacket in the 50¢ bin!”

“Lots of space at this location, but that kind of takes the thrill of the hunt out of the thrifting experience. Everything is quite visible and easy to access. We've usually found something to take home at every visit.”

“I found a great mid-century teak chair here for $8. And the workers are super nice. One of them accompanied me out to the parking lot so that I could check whether the chair could fit into the car before I bought it. Good place to check out in Syracuse!”

“I normally have a bone to pick with Goodwill due to items for sale/pricing, but this one I was impressed by. So many quality knick knacks and a crazy selection. I enjoyed my time here.”

“I see a ton of people complaining about customer service it's a thrifty store how much customer service do you really need get your items pay for it and then leave so what if you have to deal with a cranky employee you really think they want to be there working at a thrifty store give them a break you're getting items 50 60 70% off stop complaining”

“They are very friendly, meet you at your car to help bring donated items inside. They will pretty much take anything you donate with the exception to a few items (they can give you a list). The employees are appreciative and make you feel good that your items are going to a good home.”

“Incredible customer service, miriam was extremely helpful, the new person training (young, black, dreadlocks, had their hair tied up) was extremely kind, patient and eager to help. The manager assisted me with my purchases, things were slightly expensive but i shopped on sale; they had good options however as with any thrift store they have little control over what they receive. The store was incredibly organized and even color coded in sections. overall great store, i will be returning, they do sell furniture for anyone curious”

“It’s clean, but there is minimal selection at this location. Things are spread out an organized, but there isn’t much stuff to look at. They had a small amount of every department.”

“Very nice store. Wish we could have used it when our kids were little. But now it’s great for the grandkids. Huge selection of just about anything that you could possibly want for kids. Clothes toys even shoes. Really really good prices.”

“I actually was in a hurry to get to the AT&T store next to Plato's Closetbefore they closed.I met a number of nice people on the sidewalk in front of their door. One well mannered young boy , even held the door for me to enter, but I had to Thank him and go next-door.The store is a very nicely and neatly displayed assortment of previously owned name brand clothes in excellent condition. They are actually moreprofessionally displayedthan some Big Box high priced stores. You wouldn't know they were selling used clothing . Even the return of the newer trend of the thread bare jeans is excellently displayed. They carry both Mens and WomensClothes and some footwear. I will have to make a "Return Visit'.So, the reason this did not get 5 ☆'s is onlybecause I could not shop at that time. I was trying to get my NEWGOOGLE PIXEL phone set up at AT&T as it is difficult to use 2 phonesto function as one. My prior carrier had not done their job!”
