I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for Suzanne, an outstanding employee at Staples. During my recent visit, Suzanne truly went above and beyond to assist me in finding a specific item that I desperately needed. Her exceptional customer service not only saved the day but also left a lasting impression on me.
From the moment I walked into the store, Suzanne greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor. She patiently listened to my requirements and immediately sprang into action to help me locate the item. Despite the difficulty in finding it, Suzanne remained determined and resourceful, checking various locations and even consulting with her colleagues to ensure I got exactly what I needed.
Suzanne’s willingness to help and her dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. She demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the store’s inventory and a genuine commitment to making sure I left with the product I was searching for. I got a new printer and scanner. The tech behind the counter guided me to the proper scanner and printer for me. Tell me all the coupons online for it leave me with the bottom line being very well priced. It was delivered the next day and installed For a small fee very happy.

The manager and associates at the Pittsfield, MA Staples Print Shop were extremely responsive, technically knowledgeable, and provided a fast turn around at a very reasonable cost. It was absolutely the most efficient way to have wedding and baby shower invitations printed. I especially like being able to work face to face with the person executing my creation. They deserve many kudos for their strong work ethic and customer service sensitivity. Staples is very lucky to have them on their team!!!

Had a great experience here with Di from the copying and printing section. We were under the gun getting posters made for a trade show and she totally took care of us and even made us laugh through our stress. Huge thank you to this woman!

I had to come into the store to get a document printed from my phone last week and they were very helpful to me. My only problem is that I'm handicapped because of my Ms and there's no wheelchairs to negotiate the store and this lady named Diana was a very big help to me that evening I cannot say enough about her or the gentleman that helped me at the front counter I will give definitely give the employees five stars but the store itself a one for not supplying at least a wheelchair to get around in the store. It's a good size store and I believe they can justify having one there.
