I stopped at the FedEx office location on Erie Blvd on my way home. Krystal, the FedEx team member who helped me, was great. “My workplace has started using FEDEX to ship some items, which I've started being the runner for after work. This is the location I drop our shipments off to during my evening commute home. The staff here are always quick, helpful, and friendly whenever I walk in to drop off. I've also asked about passports here and they were really thorough on the timeframes. I have no complaints!”
“This is the closest Post Office to my workplace and I love the location. Robin and Deb are very friendly and accommodating. I've even seen them use a translator app to help customers who don't speak English figure out what they need. They give directions and are very knowledgeable on everything from how to get a passport to ordering mail products online for businesses. Hey process money orders quickly and seem to get to know customers which I love. The ladies are great and if you go early there is almost no wait. It gets busy around 11am.”

“After a week of trying to solve a "wan dering" Priority Package via tracking.... I called the actual location on Wesley St and reached DANA on a Monday. On Wednesday at 7:01 am, my package had made it from Manlius to 13208 in Syracuse !!! That's really less than 2 days!!! THANK YOU DANA 1000 x !!!!!! I tried o reach you to than k you in person but no answers at 11:50am.... The recipient is 99 and in a Hospice.... so I was definitely "antsy" THANK YOU DANA”
