Great job on my car

I don't like this place. I gave them my Lexus car, and it was very slightly damaged. They tried to repair it and destroyed the gear shift. They did not acknowledge their mistake. I took my car to another place and it cost me $7,000,000. They are the reason.

Our vehicle was hit by a deer back in January and the body shop finally got our car repaired by March, but they were very transparent and honest about the fact our insurance company was dragging their feet on paying out on our claim. Sarah was incredibly helpful in explaining what we needed to do and what was happening with our insurance company, so based on that information, we switched insurance carriers as soon as our policy expired. When our old insurance company finally paid up on our claim, our car was repaired and it tooks almost brand spanking new. I have no complaints about this body shop and I'll definitely consider them first if something like this happens again.

*** Customers - Please filter out and sort by the lowest reviews! No surprise that the majority of them are all service department related! *** Link to BBB Complaints - Mostly service department related. Poor leadership! Tires were incorrectly balanced after paying $110. Spoke to Joshua Rushlow, Service Director for the Service Department who argued over and over again that it was done right. Photo shows counter balanced wheels on one side with over 2 oz. He offered to have them rebalanced, only if I came back later (1 week). He didn't seem to care about my frustration and was unprofessional about the situation. I asked for my money back since I will not be returning, but he refused. People pay hard earned money to get services done, take time out of their days on multiple occasions, and it's sad this is how they are treated when it's done wrong. I expected much better from a "top" dealership.

Literally, had the most outstanding experience. Everyone was so helpful. Sarah was the sweetest and super understanding. They helped me through one of the most stressful days with empathy and kindness. 10/10 recommend.

I've been having trouble communicating with callers on my iphone for a long time. Callers could not hear me as long as the car was running. I had stopped at another toyota dealership for help, but the salesman was stumped. Today I stopped at Romano and was helped by Barbar, a salesman who was very proficient with the computer functions. He determined that my microphone was not working. At first, he suggested a service appointment to fix it but found a simple fix under his "help" function. It took 30 seconds to restart the microphone by temporarily disconnecting the negative side of the battery in the trunk! Barbar spent over an hour with me diagnosing and fixing my problem. He saved me the high cost of a service call. I am ever so grateful to him.

It's always difficult for me to post a one star review, but in this case, I'm doing it for a buyer beware. I've done several services with these folks and I've had problems on more than one occasion. This time it had to do with replacing a fob for our prius. I had my son bring it in and they informed him it was going to cost over $1000 because he had to purchase two keys in order to get the job done. This didn't sound right to me and so after speaking with the service manager, he informed me that his tech of 20 years said this is the way they've always done it and they do hundreds a year. Like I said this does not sound right to me and so I googled some videos and found one where using a machine they could actually key the entire car on one fob. I sent that to the service manager and called him shortly there after he told me that the machine was not something that he had but somehow accidentally was able to key the car using only one fob. I was furious. To think that a $400 fix was going to cost over $1000 and the number of people that they have ripped off through the years is really bothering to me. The service manager was nice enough and handled the calls professionally. But it just goes to show you that you need to take charge and not believe anything without checking it out first. By the way he told me I would not be able to give back the second key because once it's coded to our car it can not be erased. That was u try as well in the machine there is a reset to factory condition, no coding. I won't do business here again since there are other Tortola dealers I can call on next time.
