I was initially skeptical about staying at this hotel due to some negative reviews, but my experience turned out to be quite different. Despite the mixed feedback, the rooms, while not extravagant, were surprisingly clean and comfortable, providing a practical retreat. The service showcased genuine friendliness from the staff, addressing concerns promptly. It seems this place has made improvements. My stay was a decent and surprisingly pleasant experience.

There is nothing good to say regarding this hotel. Under construction in which the construction lives at the hotel and parties half the night. Needed to request housekeeping service for the stay. We did request it and did ot get it. Housekeeper quickly screamed at me, "Can not assist you". Had to change rooms the first night and when housekeeping was not done, the fix was to change rooms again. Wasn't even asking for deep clean service, just a refresh. Beds made fresh towels and garbage out.Need handicap accessible room. Stated we received this kind of room and the walk to lobby and to get back outside was extremely inconvenient and caused more issues with my limited mobility. No milk for the cereal offered. No coffee, only hot water for the tea bags. Was told we had remodeled room and rooms were filthy with broken bed, TV, toilet wouldn't flush properly. Rooms very filthy. My children and grandchildren didn't and don't keep their own bedrooms or bathroom that dirty. They were beyond filth. Marijauana smell throughout the wing we were in, as the construction crew were very close.I would NEVER EVER recommend this stay, not even for a night to Kay your end for a few hours. I could not give this hotel any stars. Not even a one starSafety: All the exit doors to each wi g and exits were propped open at all times.

The hotel was being renovated and the pool was empty. My room smelled like a locker room & there were stains on the sheets and shower curtains. They were booked to the extent that there weren't enough bathingcloths to cover the number of guests who had rooms. There were no washcloths in our room. I was told to wash with hand towels & offered bath mats when asking for washcloths. Was referred to management, but said won't be back until the next day. I had to ask for 48 hours before actually receiving a real washcloth. The breakfast area was lightly attended and it was necessary to inform staff of the lack of certain items. There were gnats in the bread boxRooms: There were a few bugs found in the room.Smelled like sweaty gym socksNon smoking room with refrigeratorI didn't know the coffee wAs in the ice bucketLots of slamming doors at late hoursFood & drinks: Hard boiled eggs and yogurt available on the weekend. Otherwise cereal, grains and wafflesThe apples were sweet and delicious. The orange juice was watery the apple juice was okay.Noteworthy details: The outdoor property is green. There were many bees. The grassy parts were equipped with bags for poo removal. There is not an anticipated time of resolution specified for the completion of the renovations..

The buildings are in really bad shape. They are working on everything, but I feel it's in too bad of shape and should be shut down until at least one building is fully done being remodeled. The staff tried very hard to accommodate us, but you could of tell they were in way over their heads. Took us 5 tons to finally find one that would suffice, and even then we didn't have functioning room keys.

This place doesn't need renovations.... it needs to be torn down and start from scratch. I had to program the remote for the TV. Had a yellow line on the screen. Dirty hallways. Empty tampon on stairwell with other forms of grime. My company is going to take it off our list because of conditions. You'd be better off in a tent than this. I would strongly advise you to check thoroughly if you dare stay here for bed bugs and other forms of pests before leaving.

Stayed here for 3 days for a Motley Crue concert. Long shorty short I let the hotel know that I would be coming early due to my flight changing I let them know a week in advanced. I get there and the people in front desk want to argue with me saying I can get a room cause I came early(which I had called in advanced to avoid this) whatever we got the room. I paid 50$ extra so totally 250. But then they tried charging my card again for 200, again for 50$ and again for 340. Thank god for my card being locked !! But overall for the 250 I spent I can’t complain? Also there was a couple fighting and a heroine addict couple as well I found nodding off trying to open the door on the side. Also I don’t know if it’s cause it’s under “construction “ but the floors need to be vacuumed bad lol

While the room was clean, as far as I could see, the hotel left a lot to be desired. There wasn't even a sign visible from the street for the Uber driver to see. Breakfast was either overdone or cold. Our room's TV didn't work right, half the channels didn't come in. There was minimal staff in the building the whole time we were there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Would have asked for a refund if it wasn't so late and we werent tired. Don't go here. It wasnt even worth the $92. My dog all of the sudden also started acting weird around the stares, probably too dirty. They should close the place if they can't even keep their rooms clean until renovations are completed.Rooms: The room we got smelled terrible and there was no microwave although they advertised it was included. We spotted a few roaches crawling around the room. The bed sheets were clean at least and we asked for a different room but was told they had non available although the parking lot was empty.Wifi was no good.Safety: Didn't feel safe at all.Too much going on in the hallways. People making noises and sex workers.Walkability: Nothing nearby is walkable distance unless you REALLY want to walk.Food & drinks: They include breakfast which we didn't attend because we needed rest to continue our road trip, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby that you can order from using Ubereats, grubhub, doordash, etc or you can dine-in.Noteworthy details: They are going through renovation right now so unless you need a place to catch some rest to continue to your destination destination I don't suggest coming over here until renovations are done.No wifi.No pool.Dirty rooms.

Nobody was at the front desk when I got there,it took 15 minutes. When I got to my room the Door was wide open. The room was not finished. Ac was very loud. Did not have wifi. No pool at all. I got 1 towel in my room and went and asked for more they said they would bring them up to my room and they didn't bring any up. The fire alarms just randomly went of and nothing was happened.(happened twice) floors were really dirty in the rooms and in the hotel room.

This hotel is awful. I had to switch rooms because the room I was in had urine in the toilet. The room had not been vacuumed, it was extremely dirty. The pillow cases and bedding had not been replaced from the previous guests as there was leg hair and other hair and marks. There is trash and food on the carpet and bed sheets. In the center nightstand there was a bag of lays chips and lids. The towels were thrown on the top shelf in the bathroom. The mini fridge was wet and dirty. There was a cockroach in our sink and mice droppings in the room. The elevator wasn't working and we had to take the stairs. The stairs had an awful smell like something died. If it wasn't so late I'd of asked for a refund and taken my family elsewhere. I was so disgusted I didn't stay our second night. I handed in our keys at 8 am. And asked for a refund for our second night. It was declined (of course) the breakfast area was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The wifi was spotty and TV channels didnt work. Tried taking a shower and the shower head barely worked and the faucet filled up the tub. Will be calling the corporate franchise and choice hotels.Rooms: Disgusting

came here a rest stop for a road trip. did not check reviews or anything just searched up hotels, so DISGUSTING! bathroom reeked of urine for no reason. I thought I was going to be robbed or kidnapped here... terrified. Glad it was only for one night, any more and I would have fallen into a depressive episode! Do NOT bring children or women here. Unsafe area, and not even a comforting room to make you feel better. Would not even pay 30 dollars to stay here, I'd have rather slept in my car! Please always check reviews for hotels.Noteworthy details: Urine smelling bathroom.

Stayed at the hotel for four days. After reading the many negative reviews I expected the worst. Here are my views; The hotel is under renovation. So the exterior looks like an abandoned building and locating the entance can be a challenge. The renovation has put the indoor pool out of order which kind of sucksHotel room had a pleasant smell. Although it was "dated"(I do not know what dated means), the bathroom was big (funny all the hotels I've stayed in with dated rooms seem to have large bathrooms). Meanwhile the TV channel selection was impressive although a TV guide would have been helpful. The hotel is ideally located next to major highways (I-90 etc). And the restaurants are a walking distance from the hotel. The staff were friendly and there was complimentary breakfast. That was a bonus indeed.I will definitely be back for another stay once they are done with the renovations.Rooms: Nice smellLarge bathroomNice TV selectionFood & drinks: Accessible restaurantsNoteworthy details: Complimentary breakfast

One of the dirtiest places even at budget I've ever stayed. Never even bothered complaining I just worked 15 hour shifts to not be in that room. 105 had the smell of mildew, pet hair all over the couch, bathroom floors were beyond filthy, carpet was never touched in detailing areas like corners, under the beds, behind the couch. Check in was annoying, they kept asking me what room I wanted when I reserved and played for a king size bed. They even tried to initially give me a double bed (my guess is they knew that room was inferior but didn't want to say anything or lose business, but even for a budget stay this was bottom of the barrel. The one positive was the bed was greatRooms: Beyond filthy I even had fruit flys or knats.

When I reserved on Priceline this was listed as a 3 star hotel, BUT is FAR from that. The pictures of the hotel on Google are what it must have looked like several years ago. Pulling up to the hotel, the front had not been mowed or weedwacked at all this summer. The front door we tried to enter was broken and had a sign directing us to another entrance. In the lobby, many of the ceiling tiles were out, or warped with what looked like water damage. We were given a room on the second floor, west end so we had to walk quite a bit of hall. The hall was filthy, with dirt, pet hair, old food (see the pile of fries in my picture). The room was not much better, with filth on the floor, stains on the bed and lamp. There was a piece to a door on the floor, which clearly shows no one had cleaned up. Ended up cancelling our reservation and going next door to the Best Western.

This hotel is undergoing renovations and looks like an abandoned property from the outside. I had to change my room as I did not want to be near a construction crew and around dusty / dirty hallways. The WiFi did not work despite the managers' efforts to get it to work, this was the most annoying. Since, it was an overnight stay, I didn't bother much about the Wi-Fi. The hotel's interiors felt unwelcoming (leakages from the ceiling and buckets were laid out, lol). Basically, it is not ready for guests. It looked and felt run down and deserted.
