Terrible prescription plan, terrible service. Can't get a straight answer. They also lied to me about prescription coverage and having a person return my call. Would not recommend. Thanks for wasting my time and negatively affecting my quality of life.

Awful. Just awful.Prescriptions randomly come off auto-refill. Shipping is slooooooow. Nothing like Express Scripts, where pretty much everything goes out the next day. Website is so slow it must be running on a Windows 98 machine on a 56k modem somewhere.

Not really sure what the point of this insurance is considering 99% of places don’t accept them I end up having to pay out of pocket for most things
