Purchased new laundry set from them. Sales person was very polite and not pushy. I asked a question they didn't know the answer to. They stepped away for a moment and came back with an answer to the question. Showed me a high price tag item, I requested the mid range item and they had no problem with that. Didn't try to sell a single guy more than he needed. Much appreciated. I will look there again in the future.

Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. Guy who helped me was rude and dismissive. I rather take my business to someone who is going to take their time and not rush me. Horrible customer service.

Received a dishwasher on July 5th 2023. It was inoperable on day one. Receiving a code I30. Was told I had to work thru warranty . its been over 6 months as of today 1/17/2024, It's been a nightmare working thru this. Dishwasher has been deemed defective and replacement will be required. Still no replacement to date. Been on with the warranty company multiple times wasting an hour each time. When I approached Olums I was told "they will fix it and make it a good as new:" That has not happened. I do not agree with their policy a defective unit on day one should be a warranty call. It sounds like the warranty company (Frigidaire) is partly responsible for this, but also would warn others of what they might expect if they purchase a similar item from OLUMS. Needless to say I will not be back as OLUMS washed their hands of this from day one.

we purchased GE Cafe appliances from Olums that were delivered in December 2022. the refrigerator doors were dented and have not yet been replaced. we have not even heard from Olums about when we can expect the replacement. the dishwasher has been replaced by GE twice, the first because of leaking, the second because of bad electronics, and now the 3rd unit is leaking. Very disappointing experiences.

Matt Procopio, our salesperson in E Syr, was very helpful and knowledgeable with selection of our appliances. Very responsive to emails/phone calls, which became especially important when needing product support. Prices comparable to major retailers and sales/rebates make them even more competitive. Highly recommend.

I will never go here again. I bought a dishwasher that was delivered on July 5th. It failed from day one. I went back to Olums and the smug salesman told me I had to go the warranty . A brand new dishwasher that didn't work from day one, and Olums made me go thru warranty, instead of replacing it . Reminder dishwasher delivered on July 5th, warranty company will not be able to look at it until Jul 27th. repair man shows up from Anthonys tV and repair on Jul 27th. Guy shows up, has no idea what the problem is but says he will order a apart. (his fly is down). That was on July 27. I do not hear anything until I call the warranty company on 8/18. Assigned a new company super service center. BOTTEM LINE, DO NOT US OLUMS, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. WHAT COMPANY MAKES YOU GO TO WARRANTY FOR A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T WORK FROM DAY ONE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Update, I don't know why this review shows as san francisco as it was purchased at Olums on bridge east syracuse. Still waiting for the 2nd warranty company to resolve my issue. Dishwasher was delivered on July 5th and still no resolution as of August 8th.l Do not use OLums, they do not stand behind their products, A brand new dishwasher and I have not have use of it for 2 months now.

I bought a electric recliner chair with warranty it was over $1600.00 it worked for 2 weeks and after 3 months we have been trying to get it repaired as of yet we still are waiting
