Oakes Towing was great. They kept me updated on when they would arrive and were very friendly. The price was very, very fair. They even suggested I look to see if my auto insurance would reimburse me. I will definitely use, and recommend, them again if needed.

They came promptly and the driver was very nice - even on a cold wet Sunday evening. The car was pretty stuck in a ditch and he got it out with no damage. They were also reasonably priced.Service: Car towing

My wonderful fiancé accidentally cut a corner too tight and blew both of my passenger side tires. I have AAA but I couldn’t use my roadside assistance feature because all the shops that they approved were closed.. it was about 7:25pm when this happened. We jumped on google and found Oaks was a 24 hour service. We called and within probably less than 5 minutes of ending the call, Conner showed up to save the day (happy Friday the 13th). It was obvious he jumped to it and wasted no time getting to us. He was kind and helpful. He then drove my car on to the flat bed and followed us to our destination. The whole process took probably less than 25 minutes. I highly recommend using this company as customer service is obviously their number 1 priority. I’ve been a triple A member for 9 years and wasn’t able to get the services I pay for annually as a loyal customer, but thanks to Conner and Oaks towing the process was 100% less stressful then what I anticipated it to be. Thank you for your quick service and compassion!! 100/10 stars.

I was stuck on my bike in a very dangerous stretch of the highway, no lights and on a bridge with a narrow shoulder and cars going by at 75 mph. These guys came super fast, even called the local PD to get some added lights in the area. 10 out 10. These guys were great.

Got a flat tire . Called this company and they immediately sent their guy to pick my car up . The gentleman that was taking care of my car was absolutely amazing, super profesional, clean looking . He loaded my car like in 3 min . Took my car to the shop , unloaded super neat and so easy, straight to the parking spot so after that I didn’t even had to move my car . Omg , comparing to the other towing companies that I used in the past - this one is definitely #1.Thank you guys and keep doing a great job.Service: Car towing

On 9/23/22 My car wouldn't start at work. I called Oakes Towing recommend by Burdick Nissan at Drivers village . They address my concerns and had a Tow truck driver at my job within a hour. The Driver was very Polite,listen to my concerns and issue with my car not starting. He went above n beyond to let me know everything would be alright. In the end, I didn't need a tow just a Battery jump start. I was so happy that's all it needed. He got my car started and I was on my way to get a new battery for my car at a local shop. I am truly Thankful to Oakes Towing and would recommend to everyone in the future to call if ever need a tow or battery jump start.Services: Battery

Super understanding, kind and works with you. Right off the bat was welcomed, and given great customer service by a gentleman, which was reassuring that things would be taken care of. Was in and out within five minutes, and even had a laugh on the way in and out. Keep doing a great job!

Got hit by a deer while driving, was told it would be twenty minutes, called after 30 minutes, no one answered left voicemail, called again after another 45 minutes and the woman who answered gave me attitude for kindly asking if they were having any problems getting to me. At the end of the day it took them two hours to get from their shop to Chittenango. The person driving the tow truck was pleasant to deal with.Service: Car towing

Car was towed negligently. I had to have another company tow my car to a dealer and have it looked over to make sure they didn't blow my transmission.
