These guys saved Christmas! My router fried out last night (Christmas eve,eve) and I called after hours and they said they couldn't make it until the day after Christmas, which with the holiday was understandable. This was pretty devastating seeing that all 4 of my kids got media devices for Christmas that they wouldn't be able to use because you need internet for everything now. The next morning, Christmas eve. I got a call from the tech at New Visions saying they were responding to an emergency call I placed last night. Well, an hour later they had a tech at my house that was on call and he replaced everything, no questions asked! It was amazing! The quality is unmatched, but the customer service will keep me as a customer for life! Thank you New Visions for giving us a Christmas Miracle!

New Visions customer service totally rocks. My son on Sterling Station was scheduled for hook up today and I went over to let the tech in. Come to find out the town roadside’s mower took out the line and the guy explained that they would still do the inside, but it would probably be at least 2 weeks before the roadside equipment would be fixed. Then he said let me make a call. The equipment operator was over on Slayton in Cato. He said he would see what he could do. In the meantime, the inside tech came, found a spot where a previous cable of some sort had been run so he didn’t have to drill anymore holes in the wall and before he even finished the guy with the digging equipment showed up to fix the roadside box! Very happy customers.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you so SO much for all your help getting our internet set up. It took a long time (only due to getting the fiber run), but I have to tell you that we are more than thrilled with New Visions! The difference has been night and day. Not only are we saving money, but we also have such good internet! I am not afraid to get on Zoom meetings anymore and more than one person can be online at a time! We are finally living in this century!

When the town mowed over our fiber pedestal, New Visions had a crew out here quickly to fix it. After a bit of trouble getting us back up, Bill was able to work his magic and got us back online. He took the time to answer my many questions and explain how things work, never giving me a sense of frustration.Jenna, in the office, always called me back in a reasonable time and empathized with me. Great customer service!

I can't say enough about the staff at New Visions. From Jen, who answered all my questions, and further provided important information that I hadn't even thought to ask for; to Bill, Chris, and co. who saw that my fiber was installed perfectly, and went through my house, around the pool, and into the garage to ensure that I had wi-fi coverage everywhere I could possibly need it! I feel like a kid at Christmas, and couldn't be happier!

Had fiber hooked up today by William R and another gentleman. They took special care to do it right and stuck around for the endless questions I had. From start to finish it was seamless and it’s so awesome to finally have it. William went above and beyond to walk me through what I needed to do and even hooked up my printer! Professional and knowledgeable!!! Before installation, Jenn in the office gave great customer service and set up our account! Easy!!

I had the 500/500 service installed just a few weeks ago and I upgraded to the gig the same day. After years of barely any options in the red creek area, spectrum wanted 20k to hook me up, I had starlink a year which was nearly 110 a month and new visions gig service is still cheaper than that. Great company and will recommend to everyone in their footprint!

Anthony S and Chris T came out to install the system. They listened to my requests, laid the line, ran it into the house, connected the router, helped set up the app and the router, and appreciated my dog. Switching from the old router to the new one literally took me offline for 30 seconds.They did everything they said they would and were polite, expeditious, and friendly. Great service! Thanks fellas!

new visions installed new isp for me. 2 young gentlemen were here on time, effecient, knowledgeable & prompt. very happy. everything went well except i forgot to set up printer to new network. have call in.
