I have had a checking accoun t with this institution for over 1 year. Every month I send the same wire transfer to my Thai wife.This time the Salina St Syracuse Manager was my processor. She demanded a copy of my Thai Marriage Certificate (as though she could read Thai) before she would help me....What a Bi@#$.
