I am very disappointed in their services.i told them I have been on the road since 5am and I am tired of waiting I told them I have all the parts with me but they refused to use the part I have and told me they r gonna order studs that they currently dont have in the store and it's been a hour I'm sitting here waiting so they can charge me more for the laber which is $291. the only thing they have to do was to change the 1tire and studs and I'm sitting inside the store watching them sitting around wasting time waiting to get the studs I already have.

Was traveling from Boston moving to Chicago when I caught a flat tire in upstate New York in the middle of the night. Was able to put a temporary wheel but needed to change the tire to keep going. I called Monroe Tires in the morning and was helped by the guy in charge. So helpful and understanding, the guys worked on getting me back on the road. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

My tire hadn’t been holding air and my usual mechanic was booked for two weeks so they squeezed me in to fix it up, explained everything that was going on in a way I understood it because I know nothing about cars, and were overall very pleasant to do business with. 10/10 will come back if needed.

I came in for an inspection. I received a phone call later that morning saying that my car would fail because of the brakes. I asked for a quote. They quoted me $2,230.60 for all around brakes, rear calipers and a flush. I told the secretary that I would not be doing that and will come pick it up to bring it elsewhere. Half an hour later, I received a phone call back from the same secretary. He told me the car actually WOULD pass inspection without the brakes, and they only needed to replace some bulbs. This establishment either LIED to try to sell me brakes for an astronomic price OR they ILLEGALLY passed my car for inspection so they could at least get $60 for replacing brake/plate lights.
Will NEVER be returning.

I had scheduled a 10AM appointment well in advance for my vehicle's State Inspection, however, I was appalled by the way my appointment was handled and the complete disregard for my time.Upon arrival at 10 AM I was informed that there would be a 3 hour delay in servicing my car as other customers had priority due to unforeseen events. Despite having a scheduled appointment, all other customers were prioritized and served ahead of me. This blatant disregard for my appointment time was not only disrespectful but also highly unprofessional. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer and wasted a significant amount of my time. I had made plans and arrangements based on the 10 AM appointment time, and the delay disrupted my entire schedule. I found it unacceptable that I was not given any updates or explanations for this situation PRIOR to driving all the way to the shop. The lack of communication and transparency further added to my frustration. As a loyal customer who has visited your workshop in the past, I had expected a higher level of service and professionalism. However, this recent experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I am seriously reconsidering whether I should continue to trust your establishment with my vehicle's maintenance and repairs. Customers should feel valued and appreciated, and their appointments should be honored as promised.

Mike and Kevin found a issue that my dealership said wasn’t there it looks like I need a new steering column and my dealership said nothing was wrong so I thank them both for finding what was wrong because my steering wheel can lock up and no one wants that
