Very poor customer service. Hung up the phone on me twice. Will not stand behind their product. Offers Chinese radiators. Mine only lasted 2 years. Horrible company. Go somewhere else for your radiator needs

I did not want to buy China and thought to buy a USA product, on the radiator and on the packaging it says made in China. I paid more for a sticker from your company.Very disappointed

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I would give ZERO stars, if I could. I contacted Liland Global in regards to a radiator I had ordered on April 29th, which still has not shipped. When submitting the order, I was quoted a shipping cost of $19.99. The order was later cancelled due to an internal error, and they would need another $350 to cover Freight Shipping. I obliged and was informed the order should ship, soon. I have contacted the supplier in regards to this shipment FOUR+ times. I spoke with Chuck, who proceeded to cuss me out saying "maybe we don't have the ****ing item, we will ship your **** when we ship your ****." Followed by more profuse vulgarity. Then, hung up on me. Called for a price on a part. They quoted me over $1000. For a part that retails for $150-200 everywhere else. They claim they are the only ones in the country so they are charging more for them.

Shoddy and unprofessional - both in parts provision and in customer service. Very disappointed. Do not shop with Liland if you ever need a part replaced, or if you need a knowledgeable answer on anything at all.In response to the owner: of course this is obvious. They are not a retail establishment. This review pertains both to my own experience and to my mechanic's. When our radiator cap failed, Liland was very unhelpful to the shop and the manager of the shop, as well as to me when I called myself. I maintain that this company has poor customer service and cannot be relied on. They do not know their product well enough, do not have digital records, and I got 3 different answers as to which product to replace the (new) failed part. Went with more reliable information and I regret purchasing from them. They sell on RockAuto dot com.

Purchased an all-aluminum radiator for my truck at the very end of January 2019. February 2020 it's 2 weeks out of warranty and leaking, they won't do anything to help me out. Buyer beware, don't expect their products to last. I'd be better off with a cheap plastic tank rad.

Great company, I have fond memories of going there when I had my first car a '74 Plymouth Valiant, they only charged me $8 to weld the radiator, a fix I could afford because I was in college.
