Had no clue this was a full service station. Been living in Syracuse for 4 years and this is the first one I've seen. I start getting out of my car and the guy yells at me, then gives me a snide "You must not be from around here, are ya?" Hopefully this station goes out of business soon.

Was unaware this was full service as it wasn't clearly labeled on the store signage. Definitely worth being aware of! Staff handled the mix-up fine.

THE WORST PLACE EVER. CHRIS WAS VERY VERY RUDE. LARGE RED GUY. HE BAMMED ON MY CAR TO AND THEN WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME. THEN TOLD ME TO GO ELSEWHERE. I WISH I HAD A NUMBER FOR MANAGEMENT BECAUSE HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. HE DOESNT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. LORD HELP HIM.

The older guy pumping my gas was so rude all I did was ask for a receipt and he started yelling and swearing at me worst experience I've ever had and then I called to talk to a manager and all he does is pick up the phone and hang up definitely don't go there

Manager on duty was very rude to a customer right in front of me. Telling the customer their was nothing she can do to do an exchange. I hope things change at this location it's sad to see this place go down as much as it has in the past few years I have shopped here. I'm not the type to usually post a review but I had to in the situation I saw!

Just left this establishment for a fill up. The large male cashier once again, was rude and obnoxious. He can't be bothered being pleasant nor offer customer service. I will think twice about bringing my business here in the future.
