My father brought his ford ranger in on 6/6/24 to be service ld for the A/C and after they drained the A/C and refilled it they said it was fixed , got the truck back and still wasn't fixed my father told them the pump was bad in which they agreed and said they'll put a new one in so Today on 6/7/24 he dropped the truck off again with the part to be serviced and he got charged again for them to Drain the A/C and install the part when the owner John said he would only be charged for the install of the pump , I don't recommend this shop to anyone , John scams and ripped customers off!!!!

Bad experience. I thought because they were a small shop that they would be more reasonable and honest but no. Everyone is trying to make money, and I get it, but still. Where did the good people go? Will not give a recommendation.

Called John's a few weeks ago for a quote on some brakes for my honda civic, the gentleman on the phone was super helpful and thorough with the estimate(which was very reasonable). Fast forward to today, my car brakes had started making a funky noise, so I stopped in to get on the schedule (figuring it would be a couple weeks due to the holiday). I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me in same day and had the work completed faster than they estimated. They also called before completing any work just to make sure I was aware of what exactly needed to be done now, and also recommended some items that should be completed in the near future. I feel it's also worth noting that I am female and this is the best experience I've ever had working with a car shop, I was never talked down to or made to feel stupid, and my concerns were not brushed off. I did not feel taken advantage of. I would recommend anyone to come here! Thank you again fella's for the great service!Service: Brakes
