3030 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse“This place is awesome. I travel a lot for work, and it's hard to find gyms that have lots of squat racks and barbells. Clean place, friendly people, and easy to buy a day pass. I will definitely come back.”
“Trillium offers a great range of equipment and classes suitable for all fitness levels. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus, there’s always a positive and motivating atmosphere. A big plus (at least for me) is that they offer Les Mills classes including Bodypump which is my all time favorite. All in all, I definitely recommend this gym!”
“I felt the best I ever have after my first class at Orange Theory. Everyone was so welcoming on my first day and Seth coached an amazing class. Unforgettable and amazing experience!!”
“I’ve been part of this gym for nearly 10 years and I can say that there is no place like it. Every single person looking to better their fitness journey needs to check it out.”
“Gym is always clean or being cleaned during my time of exercising. The mens locker room can use a little more attention however not too bad. Overall Blink Fitness has been a great experience so far.”
“My name is Gabe Rivera, been a member since the gym opened and since I was in 10th grade held the highest bench press in Henninger High School And also in Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, NC 1997 and couldn't of done it without Flex House of Fitness and without Frank the owner”
“I’ve been feeling so great since I started attending Burn for workouts. The coaches are awesome and keep you motivated also while pushing you to keep moving forward with your fitness. I love the variety of the workouts, kickboxing, weights, trx bands, & ropes. If you’re looking for a great workout and friendly welcoming atmosphere this is the place for you!”
“It’s amazing! I love everyone here and Coach Ryan and others are the nicest! They have the best obstacles, and everything else is awesome. I love the barracks.”

900 Burnet Ave, Syracuse“Gyms usually fill me with anxiety, so I have largely avoided them for most of my life. This space is different, however.I feel safe and welcomed, I am able to ask questions and receive answers without judgement or ridicule.I am able to now work out with the strongman group there, and through them I am learning about gym equipment, technique, and building self confidence.I highly recommend this place.Very trans and women friendly.”

196 Hiawatha Pl, Syracuse“Neat older gym offering a toddler time on Tuesday and Thursday mornings that doesn't require a membership to attend. Just a one time 8 dollar fee for an hour of fun for little ones. Best for mobile toddlers.”

301 Pulaski St, Syracuse“Love this place! It’s conveniently located, 24-hours with locked door/tag access (it makes me feel safe), nobody with tripods taking up space for hours, and everyone is so welcoming- powerlifters and beginners alike. I have to attribute my ability to stay consistent and comfortable with my fitness journey to this place. I’ve brought friends here to try it out and their first day is free! The owner has always been really accommodating and the staff are really friendly ☺️ if you want to go to a gym that has nice equipment, isn’t overly crowded, and has a lot of personality- check it out!”
“Been going to this gym since 2020 and I love going here. The coaches are great and the people there are great too. Very good place to start if you want to get into CrossFit. Even if you're not into CrossFit it's a great place to meet new people and get a good workout in!”

140 W Seneca St, Manlius“The Manlius YMCA offers so much to members for all age levels. The facility has Pickle Ball, Tennis. a beautiful Yoga studio and more. I have enjoyed taking Zumba classes both inside the gym and outside on the lawn. I am always greeted with a welcoming smile and treated with kindness. They have a very large , clean workout area with the latest equipment. During the summer we enjoy Book club outdoors in a shaded patio area, it’s so nice to be outside in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. I definitely recommend the Manlius YMCA to meet your recreational and community needs.”
“I have been a member since 2007. I love the team at Elevate. The trainers and all the staff are always wonderful. The gym is always clean! The machines and equipment are always in good shape. One of the nicest features about this gym is its size. You never feel like you’re on top of anyone working out. It’s a big open space and very well laid out. I also love the high ceilings and the big windows that let in natural light.”
5:30AM - 6PM
110 Walter Dr, Syracuse“I had a great workout with Tex! Highly recommend this gym.Tex is knowledgeable and helps you get a good solid workout without risk of injury. I feel very comfortable here, give them a try!”
“Love this place; member at what is now Crunch Cicero too. Not nearly as packed, forces you to focus with simple offerings. When I joined, was charged twice on accident; I think the owner herself caught it and had it fixed for me. Always a class to get into, the pool and sauna are well maintained, and they’re updating the A/C and heating right now. Always clean, and nice hours; so many trainers available if you need coaching. My only complaint is that I’m writing this during my morning workout, and usually at this time some guy is walking around thinking he’s drake; yelling his raps louder than my earbuds. Like you can’t film; wish there was a rule about not trying to outdo the radio. Overall this gym is great, choosing a focus on basic offerings over being flashy.”
“This was my 1st gym wayy way back in the early 2000's when it was Onondaga Hill Fitness. Stopped in to give it another try and I was pleasently suprized it is still in tremendous condition. As a bodybuilder, I have an eye for good equipment. This gym has classic Cybex and very hard to find Nautilus Nitro machines that hit your muscles in a very specific way (photo is of the nautilus back pull, which i cant find anywhere). They also have York dumbells (which are actually made of metal unlike most gyms) and a great selection of benches including a rare hip and leg sled from cybex. They have a great selection of cardio equipment upstairs and the locker rooms are well appointed. If your looking for a great gym this is definitely worth being on your list.”
“A solid gym. Doesn't have an endless supply of fancy machines and such but it has what you need. To pair with the machines and free weights is a generously sized free space where you can customize a workout to your taste, be it plyometrics, boxing, trampoline work, et al. Not to mention a studio for the stationary bike lovers.Everything is clean and well maintained and the benches are FIRM. Maybe that's a personal thing but I don't want to melt into my bench when I'm lifting heavy weights. The bathrooms are nice and the showers come with a wand and a rainforest-from-the-top feature which is an interesting change of pace. All in all a good gym that makes up for what it lacks with the space for creativity.”
10AM - 5PM
311 Towne Dr, Fayetteville“Kurt is the best trainer I’ve ever had! He’s professional, knows what he’s doing and doesn’t waste any time. My glutes are sore after every workout!! A good sore… tell him what you want and he’ll get the job done. No need to go anywhere else.”
“I have never taken at " Camp" class and it was awesome. Coach Maura did a great job coaching the class and it was an intense workout that left me dripping in sweat ! I loved every minute of it. If you have not been to a " Camp" class you need to try it. The facility was neat clean and well organized. Great job SCF !”
