Fleet Feet had been referred to me. I was greeted as I entered (not in a sales-pushy way) with interest as to why I came and what were the needs/concerns that I had; and was honest about the wait time, which turned out to be tailored for each person's benefit! Comprehensive attention by knowledge, caring associate who represented the company in the way that customer service should be delivered (esp. in today's day/age)! I am, 'my feet' (knees, bunion, shins) absolutely feel the relieving, supportive comfort with new purchase; game-changing experience, not just a sale, thank you.

The hype is real...Go there!
To be properly fitted for sneakers is life changing.We are a hard to fit family,high arches, wide feet, narrow heals, surgeries, ECT....Tony was our assistant and his knowledge along with the imagery/ scans and 3D models made our experience AMAZING!
Best fit our family has ever had with proper arch support sneakers.Will be returning,will recommend 100 percent.

such an amazing experience! just a college athlete looking for good running shoes - so much help, the scanning of my feet was SO cool. Craig from this location was a tremendous help. took over an hour of his time and he explained so much, and enlightened my knowledge of running and different types of shoes. would highly recommend this location & the lovely staff working there :)
