I wish I could leave a zero star review. The driver lied and claimed he attempted a delivery. He did not. I am handicapped and need the equipment. Now I have to wait two more days for delivery. I was promised by two different phone agents that the local facility would call me they did not even attempt that! Very disappointed. Gentlemen your customer service is sub par!!!

They knowingly expose thier customers to covid. daughter was sent home with covid symptoms and her dad made it known to them before he even left the yard and he was still required to work all day.

Shipped a 328 pound 3'X3' pallet 325 miles via economy freight. Received a bill for $2,147.61. A standard 48' trailer would conservatively hold 50 of these pallets, which would equal $107,380.50 to drive 325 miles. Outrageous. Will never use Fedex Freight again.
