I love the hospitality they provided to us. Me and my friends enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and neat. The room service were fast and adequate! I personally fell in love with the free cookies provided at the front desk, it was so delicious!

Wow! Came from out of town and arrived early, no problem I was able to check in early and get a nap before the comedy show I went to attend. Warm cookies upon check in? Holy hell that was freaking amazing. Room was clean and looked great and modern. Lobby was clean and looked awesome, place was busy because of a sports tournament taking place; thank goodness because the bar was still open. The bartender there what? Killing it making my drinks and she was very friendly and gave me great conversation. Also my wife was chilly in the room and I called the front desk to ask for more blankets, a few minutes later they came up to my room with a few more blankets and we really appreciated that. I've stayed at other hotels nearby and yikes don't do it. This hotel was incredible and is about 12 minutes to destiny usa mall which is awesome. I encourage you to stay here and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did :)Rooms: Very modern and cleanFood & drinks: bar had an impressive amount/variety of alcohol

i have wrote reviews like this, but i am not gonna want to say this…this was the B E S T hotel ever. as i said, i came late, but the staff were still able to provide us to our room. that was great, and the best thing is that you don’t have to open the door with the physical key. you can open it with a digital key, just like in many hotels! i stayed there for 2 nights, and when i got to the room, it was very clean! i also saw the bathroom and it was also clean as well. and when you get to the lobby, you can have breakfast there, and you can also get some snacks & drinks! (they will be paid through the receipt) you also have a bar in there, which i don’t want to talk about… you can also see the nice view from the hotel at day & night.i would really recommend coming to this hotel, because it has a lot of things to do in there (like swim, exercise, etc…) and you also have a ballroom (which i also don’t want to talk about).Rooms: clean, and very comfortable beds.Nearby activities: swim, exercise, but i didn’t get to do these activities :cry:Safety: room doors lock automatically after about 5-10 seconds…?Food & drinks: great taste, also breakfast downstairs.

Excellent stay! The staff here were FANTASTIC from the check in staff to the morning buffet staff. Shout out to Jason at the buffet. He was great! Very friendly. We had a really great experience at this hotel. Walked in, booked last minute late in the evening and they were still able to accommodate rooms next to each other for us. Wish I could remember the front check in guys name because he was also amazing. Our rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. No complaints on this stay at all.

Excellent service, staff very accommodating and helpful. Tom at the front was incredible he even went the extra mile to pick up a pair of goggles for my 5 year old to enjoy the pool. Cookies were the best and all of the staff really made you feel at home. Clean and well stocked in all areas - pool, patio, bathrooms, bar, restaurant and rooms. Thank you we will certainly be back!!Noteworthy details: We attended a wedding and it was perfect venue to have all in one location - ceremony, cocktails and reception. Event staff were terrific and hotel staff very accommodating.

I normally do not write reviews when I've had a bad experience at places, but my experience at this Double Tree was not good. When I went to check in, a room was already assigned to me, which was fine because there was a message that stated the hotel was completely booked; so I accepted the room. While out with my family, I received a notice that my room was changed from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor. That was odd because I did not request a change, nor did I think it was possible to change rooms because of the previous message. I didn't think anything more beyond that. When we got to the room, the issue became evident when my daughter used the restroom. The toilet, when flushed, had this incredibly loud whistling noise coming from it. The noise lasted for well over a minute or so. We thought this was a one-time thing but it happened each time the toilet was flushed. Then my wife went to take a shower and the tub had a very slow drain and it made for a terrible experience for her. Luckily for us, we hadn't gotten dirty, sweaty, or messy before checking in because we were not able to use the shower. To us, it made absolutely no sense to let management know because the hotel was completely booked and it was already fairly late and we were tired. I think what happened was that since we didn't check in until around 9.30p or 10p, the guest(s) they had in the room prior to us complained about the same thing(s) and because we hadn't checked in at that time, they decided to accommodate that guest and put us in their room. I would hate to think that that was what occurred but nothing else makes sense. I am a long-term Hilton member and this experience has been the worst experience I have ever had. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else but I suspect it will.

Awful hotel. Room and staff were atrocious. First I was placed in a flooded hallway. The whole hotel smelled terrible. The food was awful. The only thing passable was the burger. The only highlight was an espresso maker with Starbucks coffee which ran out one day into my stay. They didn’t have any coffee so they labeled it “out of order” because someone didn’t do their job. The AC in the room was also broken. I asked someone to look at it 3 times and they never came. Will never return.

The room is old, we had to take the elevator to the fourth floor to then take the stairs to the 7th floor just to be able to get to our room. The room had a balcony, which the sliding door barely could open. This hotel needs updating. Not to mention our room smelled like a smoker stayed in it last.... This is a 2 star hotel, in dire need of a remodel.

Ms. Arin welcomes us at the front desk to our 33rd family reunion with a smile. The weekend just got better from there! She made immediate adjustments to my reservation since we extended for a night, making sure that we got the group rate. Next day when we needed last-minute printing done for the family banquet and the cookout, she did these patiently, quickly and efficiently. All of the staff were welcoming, the food was good, and the facility was clean and well maintained. High marks to Doubletree by Hilton Syracuse!

Hotel nice, it was clean. Breakfast was just okay. The bacon & sausage weird taste. The late night staff had NO knowledge of where to eat close, and there is a Dennys 1 mile away open 24hrs. Which would have been nice to know after driving 6 hours.

Definitely a 3 star hotel. It is nice but nothing special, the refillable body lotion and conditioner in the room was completely empty. Beds were soft and pillows were nice. Would stay again but nothing special, basic

The general manager Rob Benetti is phenomenal! He went above and beyond to get us in a room early after driving all night to deliver horses. The room is CLEAN, spacious and perfect for us. Plenty of parking for my husband's truck and gooseneck horse trailer. The staff here is friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

To get one thing out of the way first, this sprawling property is a bit dated. But the service is above and beyond (eg paying an overpriced taxi fare when my flight was delayed until after the shuttle stopped running) Their food and bev was excellent value: $6 beers and a $16 breakfast buffet with custom omelets was a revelation after coming in from NYC. Great hot tub and indoor pool as well.

Hotel is in a great location to all things Syracuse has to offer. Very friendly staff, comfy beds and clean rooms. I've stayed at this hotel for concerts, before early morning flights and for a quick girls trip for shopping and have never been disappointed.

Nice room. Opening or closing sliding glass door to the patio should be explained at check in… we would have saved maintenance a trip… Soap dispenser in bath was empty. Efficient front desk Nice gift shop with great cocktail selections and Starbucks espresso! Will return
