I’ve been disappointed with Core over the years but this is the worst it has ever been. Just spent two hours trying to close two savings accounts. We kept getting told it was simple to do but it took 2 hours. Moving to a new credit union that has better customer service, hours, and rates.

Go through the merger and being told this change will benefit the members is a joke. You changed your hours to open later and close at 5 every day. No more late days making impossible for me to ever walk in and do my banking. Oh and those deposit slips and withdrawal slips are quite extreme. Many of my transactions are in pending status when before it never was like that.

I don't like since they changed over that I can't talk to the people at the branch that know me. I have to go through a call center now. I think it's time to pull my money out and go elsewhere. The new hours are also terrible.

Use to be a great place now they are charging $29 per transaction if you go a few dollars over and if you have a couple small overages in a day it's $29 per one making it so hard to survive they are allowing transactions to go through knowing monies aren't there just to charge you those fees and now this merger..... It's ridiculous and I will be looking to transfer my accounts as well as my families asap

Now they're going to be closing every single day before any single person working a traditional 9-5 can get there. Used to be open until 6 on Thursdays and Fridays so I could actually pull rent out.
