“I made an appointment online with the Genius Bar to fix my iPhone 14 Pro Max which went completely black screen of death. I was promptly greeted, and brought to Lydia at the GB.Now I was there for nearly 2 hours.. (from 6:15 right up to 8pm when they close) … BUT Not only did she get my phone fixed and covered under the limited warranty, she ALSO cleaned my work iPhone 12 Pro Max which was having speaker problems, allowed me try out a pair of Beats Studio for ear fit, and got me setup with a Business Account at Apple for my business.So when she suggested an upgrade/trade-in for my work cell with an Apple-care plan (that for the first time made sense to me) — and assured me that she could get my data and phone number completely transferred over while we waited for the 14 to be done, I easily accepted. Not once did I feel pressured… she just offered me well-explained solutions, and I graciously accepted.Lydia was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was extremely pleasant to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I was extremely impressed by this 20 year old’s work ethic, positive demeanor, and the initiative she took to solve all of my technical problems.I also had some pleasant interaction with a gentlemen named Dakota — with whom I discussed NFT business cards, the servixes offered by my business, and some other interesting opportunities for technical advancements I’ll be sure to implement within my company!Long story short — I walked in the door frustrated with a completely useless personal phone and a work phone with a blown speaker; and I walked out the door with a fixed 14 pro max (for free), a brand new completely set-up and ready to go 15 pro max that I paid 60% of retail for with my trade-in, and easily the most productive and pleasant tech retail experiences I’ve ever had. ????”
