Despite no one being in the building except employees and it being 2:00 pm on a Thursday, no one could be bothered to notarize some documents. I called about 10 minutes before and someone told me to come in, then the ladies there said go anywhere else. Terrible service. The locations in Watertown and Lowville are fantastic. Syracuse branch is horrible.

The bank itself and the employees are fine but their drive-through ATM is ALWAYS broken. This wouldn't be a big issue except that they also removed the ATM from the lobby. So you literally cannot get money from this location unless you are there during business hours and go inside and fill out a withdrawal slip. Unacceptable. Either fix the drive-through ATM or put one back in the outer door lobby for after hours withdrawals. It's a bank and you can't get your own money out of it.

It would be great if you could put a little notification on your online banking website to let people know when you will be performing maintenance on it, instead of leaving everyone wondering why you can't log on. I'm sick of getting my direct deposit at 730am too. When did this change? Used to be no later than 1 or 2 am. I work a 12 hour schedule, it would be nice to pay some bills before I go to work at 3 am. You probably won't have any answers for me anyways because your customer service department never does, so why should I waste my time speaking to someone?

Drivethru employees are always gracious and kind. 1 teller inside was ridiculously rude and very unhelpful with setting up my direct deposits for payments. They would've been on time more if everytime i went there it wasnt the same lady disregarding everything I said when i had talked to my bank and to community. I cannot remember her name but hopefully she retired. Doesn't seem like she liked helping anyways.

These bankers are so rude, it's unfathomable that this bank is in business. There was nothing professional about the way I was treated! The name "community" is a misnomer; there's nothing "community" about the place. Don't waste your time, unless you like being treated badly. They have no local or community ties; it's just a big company that doesn't care about people or keeping customers. I was treated incredibly, awfully rudely; the banker I dealt with went out of her way to be rude. It was like a power thing, it was awful. They really don't seem to care about customer relations nor people, just about making their profits. Go somewhere where you're treated well, somewhere else that is.

I stopped banking here and cannot find a way to get myself removed from their e-mails. The Unsubscribe link is broken and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone. Going into a physical branch is not an option as I am not local, and the Contact Us section of the website only provides a chatbot.

I am basing this on pastvisits, as the bank was actually closedin pm hours on 2/8/23. I dropped a payment in the night deposit box.They are very pleasant at this branch and very helpful. The biggest problem here for me has been the street traffic on this part of theroad. Easier at night.

I got my vehicle loan through Community Bank, surprisingly I get all money above the monthly payment put directly to the principal of the loan. Plan to shave a year or more off the loan.

We have been with Community Bank for over 5 years. When it’s necessary to go to our local Branch, we have always been treated as valued customers.Most times, Brianna is our teller, but recently Nimer went out of his way to help us on a very busy Saturday morning. We appreciated his time and extra efforts.
