I have been a pharmacy for 4 years. I previously, wrote a favorable review on this pharmacy when I first started using them. The past year there has been issue after issue! THERE IS NO LONGER ANY COMMUNICATION OR CUSTOMER SERVICE! with the exception of the one Pharmacist , DAN...WHO SEEMS TO CARE AND GENUINELY TAKES PRIDE IN HIS CRAFT. Unlike a rude clerk named Calvin ( not sure if he's a pharmacist? But definitely rude and sarcastic) , FORGET CALLING THE STORE...YOU ARE PUT ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MINUTES. WHEN YOU DO GET THROUGH FINALLY...IT IS RARE YOU GET A SATSFACTORY RESOLUTION. THE TEAM SEEMS OVERWHELMED AND IRRITATED TO HELP . I GET ALL MY MEDICATIONS THERE. WHICH IS ABOUT TEN. THEY ARE HIGH DOLLAR SCRIPTS. I'm considering switching to another pharmacy. I really love the convenience of grocery shopping and getting my scripts at the same time. The store is well stocked. However, as stated above , it has become frustrating to deal with. If your looking for a full service, competent , friendly pharmacy; Don't go to this Abingdon Pharmacy.
