I brought my vehicle here years ago when I was younger and not very financially set up yet. I was just needing a basic inspection. I was lied to about many things as they thought I would not understand the car lingo. Needless to say I did not get an inspection but they still charged me. They told me my shocks were leaking, my wipers would not pass inspection and my directional did not work, it worked ! I am not confusing this place with another, this was the place that did and said those things.

Took my car here for a simple inspection. They called and told me that when looking at my front brakes they were so rusted that they were falling apart in their hands and that they needed to be replaced to pass inspection. They charged me $840 and then when my mechanic and I went in to pick up my car we asked to see the parts and they were totally fine. Not falling apart or rusted because I don't even drive this car in NY (its my FL car) so there wouldn't be rust anyway. They basically just screwed me because I'm a woman and didnt know any better than to ask to see the parts first. I'll never go here again. They totally took advantage of me. I just needed a $15 inspection after all. Ooh and now my brakes are making a horrible grinding noise so they messed my car up on top of it. Absolutely horrible experience, I'd give -5 stars if I could.Service: Brakes
