“These guys are FABULOUS !! I had recently taken my son's car to a garage up north where I live because his tires all scalloped on the inside & they told me we needed brakes, rotors and an alignment for over $1000 which i dont have, i came here because my friend uses them, NO alignment was needed, no rotors either and brake pads were at 70 % !!!! Tires scalloped because tire pressure was wrong. They are SO honest and fabulous at thier job !!!!”

“Two of my tires have been losing air. I brought my vehicle in and Dunn tire checked all four tires, un mounting and checking surface of rim and remounting. One of the tires did have a small nail in it which they repaired. They worked on my car for about an hour and a quarter. There was no charge for this service. They are unbelievably great company. I highly recommend them.”

“What can I say Omgaaaaghd, the service that I received from start to finish, the communication was on point, I am a person that was worried about my vehicle not being in the same county as me. But, from me calling to check the progress which was almost 2 or 3 times a week lol. Sara was very nice when she answered the phone and when she was not able to answer a question that I had she transfered me over to my adjustor Katelyn who was very professional and very knowledgeable and kept great communication, I spoke to Brian he was very nice as well. I called last Friday—right after Thanksgiving—looking for snow tires for both my wife’s vehicle and mine. The service advisor provided outstanding customer service and offered several options at different price points, clearly explaining the differences and benefits of each.
The installation this week was prompt, efficient, and exactly as promised. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. It’s refreshing to deal with a well-run, locally owned and operated business.
We’ll definitely be returning in the future!”

“John’s Service center is great! Skip the big chains that’ll overcharge and extort you for everything and go to your local mechanic. I’ve brought my two >ten year old fords there 7 or 8 times in last two years and they’ve always been flexible, fair, got me in for an appointment quickly and gotten my vehicles serviced quickly, thoroughly and NOT charged an arm and a leg. They are very good at getting older vehicles serviced appropriately to pass NYS state inspection. They WILL recommend other services for your vehicle that it needs soon and try to sell you on it, but they will not insist upon it, trying to manipulate you into thinking you needing it done immediately for it to be legal to drive as the big Chain mechanics do. And what else can you expect? that’s how they make a living, they need to continuously sell repair jobs to survive as a business. I highly recommend Johns Service center on Kinne road for keeping slightly older vehicles maintained and running. Just remind them to appropriately torque the lug nuts if they work on your wheels.. -Greg”

“If you drive a Subaru and live or study near Ray's then you are in luck. Ray kept my daughters Outback in top shape while she was a student at Syracuse. He really knows these inside and out (30 years experience) which is handy because he can do things faster and right the first time.He is also a good guy, for example: my daughter's hood rod holder was missing and she had been using an elastic to keep the rod from bouncing onto the spinning belts. She took the car in for exhaust service and Ray saw this, found one he had 'kicking around' and installed it for her. He just did it on his own, that is how Ray rolls.Services: Exhaust”

“Our vehicle was hit by a deer back in January and the body shop finally got our car repaired by March, but they were very transparent and honest about the fact our insurance company was dragging their feet on paying out on our claim. Sarah was incredibly helpful in explaining what we needed to do and what was happening with our insurance company, so based on that information, we switched insurance carriers as soon as our policy expired. When our old insurance company finally paid up on our claim, our car was repaired and it tooks almost brand spanking new. I have no complaints about this body shop and I'll definitely consider them first if something like this happens again.”

“I must admit I was initially frustrated because I order two new tires and Walmart policy is if tires don’t match car spec they won’t touch your car. So I had to jack up my car and take off two tires to get the new tires put on the rims. When the service was complete the tech talked to me and said one rim had small dent in it. I was where and told him it was from previous incident. I took tires home jacked my car up and put the new tire and rims back on my car. I lowered to ground and one tire became instantly flat. I pumped up tire and took it to Big4tire and they said my stem and pressure sensor were damaged. I had them replace broken product. I returned to Walmart with receipt of my damage and they instantly paid for said mistake. Then the service manager went above and beyond and provided with light and I bought a jack and jacked my car up in there parking lot and took off remaining three tires and they placed new sensors in said tires. This was a two hour incident at 7pm at night in dark and the manger provided me with his personal flash light so I could see. I would recommend Walmart tire center to anybody and there sensor currently works great and a third of the cost. I paid more for one sensor at another shop then I did at Walmart for three. Thank you service center for helping me up to 8:30pm at night!”
