“Shaver Tree Services, LLCIf you ever break down in NY, get your truck to TRS! Top Notch service! We were up from Alabama on a line crew, getting tree off power lines when my bucket truck lost power. Limped it into the shop and took a few days waiting on parts, but we were well taken care of in the process. The Owner, Bob, was overwhelmingly accommodating. Robbie was our first contact and got us in quickly, Jamison, Billy and a couple others were the mechanics to help diagnose some turbo issues and we got a full PM while we were there, new headlights and replaced our beacon light that fried on us in the way up. They happen to have a used one off of one of their trucks and put it in for us. Not kidding, we were all around Syracuse NY and some of the sweetest people you’d ever meet.Thank you TRS, customer for life!”

“My visit was amazing, 10/10 recommend ! My car had little scratches and paint marks from another car. The suave brothers took some liquid and simply wiped of the paint and scratches they also fixed carbon fiber tapping around my windows that the previous owner of the car messed up. They did all of this free of charge which I was extremely grateful for. They also support US troops which is always great! “I have gotten 3 tires here. The first time I was across the road at the Toyota dealership with a need for a run flat tire on my Sienna which Toyota didn’t have in stock. I’m not sure if a Toyota employee recommended calling here or if I remember seeing the sign one time when I was at the dealership, but either way they had the tire in stock, and I was able to have it replaced right away at a competitive price. Second time I had a flat on my SUV and remembered their good service. I called around for prices and availability and found the best price and quickest option at Big4. It was Friday night, and I got it done Tuesday morning. Professional manner and job. I’d highly recommend this business.”
“I was in Syracuse from out of town last weekend. On the way to the area, I noticed that my car felt like it was driving differently so I was worried about the drive home after my weekend with friends. After calling multiple shops, I came across G&T automotive, who not only got me in immediately to make sure my car was safe to drive, but they did it free of charge even though they absolutely could have charged me a service fee. I rarely see this kind of honest service anymore and I really appreciated that. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they really put my mind at ease about driving back home. “Our vehicle was hit by a deer back in January and the body shop finally got our car repaired by March, but they were very transparent and honest about the fact our insurance company was dragging their feet on paying out on our claim. Sarah was incredibly helpful in explaining what we needed to do and what was happening with our insurance company, so based on that information, we switched insurance carriers as soon as our policy expired. When our old insurance company finally paid up on our claim, our car was repaired and it tooks almost brand spanking new. I have no complaints about this body shop and I'll definitely consider them first if something like this happens again.”

“Was traveling from Boston moving to Chicago when I caught a flat tire in upstate New York in the middle of the night. Was able to put a temporary wheel but needed to change the tire to keep going. I called Monroe Tires in the morning and was helped by the guy in charge. So helpful and understanding, the guys worked on getting me back on the road. Would definitely recommend to everyone.”

“I must admit I was initially frustrated because I order two new tires and Walmart policy is if tires don’t match car spec they won’t touch your car. So I had to jack up my car and take off two tires to get the new tires put on the rims. When the service was complete the tech talked to me and said one rim had small dent in it. I was where and told him it was from previous incident. I took tires home jacked my car up and put the new tire and rims back on my car. I lowered to ground and one tire became instantly flat. I pumped up tire and took it to Big4tire and they said my stem and pressure sensor were damaged. I had them replace broken product. I returned to Walmart with receipt of my damage and they instantly paid for said mistake. Then the service manager went above and beyond and provided with light and I bought a jack and jacked my car up in there parking lot and took off remaining three tires and they placed new sensors in said tires. This was a two hour incident at 7pm at night in dark and the manger provided me with his personal flash light so I could see. I would recommend Walmart tire center to anybody and there sensor currently works great and a third of the cost. I paid more for one sensor at another shop then I did at Walmart for three. Thank you service center for helping me up to 8:30pm at night!”
