“So the running joke is that the Home Depot has terrible customer service and associates hide from you when you go there. I had to run to the garden center for something, and had the opposite experience. The staff member manning the entrance greeted me when I came in, and helped me find the item I was looking for. The aisles are a little wacky and he wasn't able to direct me perfectly, and I had to do some wandering and scrounging. Still, he was so nice and at least seemed willing to help, which is more service than I usually get in these kinds of big box home stores. I'm not super handy so I can't really weigh in on everything here, but the garden center was pretty nice.”

“We had a wonderful experience a couple weeks ago. We came into the store to buy items for a painting project. We weren't sure exactly what to buy and we had quite a few questions. Joe B in paint helped us immensely. He was courteous, kind, and funny! He was full of knowledge and we really really appreciate all the advice! Our next project, we'll be in to talk to Joe again! “I always start here when looking for HVAC and plumbing parts. They are always helpful, even if they don't carry the parts, they will tell you who does. Or even will order it for you. Oh and they understand not everyone has a HVAC or plumbing license. They don't try to make you pay a service tech to do the job. nor do they ask for license before selling you the part you need. Truely a good company.”
