The headphone has decent fidelity, but battery longevity is lacking. It is good that it recharges quickly, but we don't always have the magnetic charger with us.Now as to function, I'm running a Google pixel pro 7 smartphone. I have noticed that I cannot hear Google Assistant respond when I'm running the headphones. The voice is extremely muted and there is no ability to increase volume on this feature. It works fine when the headphones are off and disconnected.I also notice that the Google assistant voice is truncated. I miss the first couple of words every time, and then I have to ask for a repeat.I have brought this to the attention of customer service via email, with a promised response. That was 2 weeks ago. No response.Given the experience, I cannot recommend the product and I have mentioned so on Sam's club's website.

Bought OpenFit from Best Buy and I am sharing my poor experience with this product and company so others will know.Used these for a few weeks and the left bud started to refuse to charge. Submitted a warranty request to Shokz support team, took them a week to get back to me. They finally get back to me and send me a warranty email stating I have to send them back before replacements are sent - fine okay - but no label was included. I then get told they are going to replace them and to just recycle the bad pair.Now on to week 6 after sending the initial inquiry and this company has stopped replying to emails leaving me with useless headphones.The earbuds are okay, not worth the price though. And good luck getting this company to abide by their warranty terms if something goes wrong. BUYER BEEARE.

Have had multiple pairs of these headphones. 2 year warranty is no good when they refuse to warranty a 1 year old headset that I received brand new one year ago.

TERRIBLE customer service, lots of arguing and insults, company refuses to honor their own warranty!I filed a warranty claim 24MAY23 for poor sound quality, as if something inside the headset got loose.They didn't ship a replacement until some time in July. They've shipped FIVE replacements, all to the same wrong address, an address that does not exist.They keep blaming this on USPS, but they won't ship with another carrier, and they won't provide a picture of the label they're putting on the box.The local Post Office that handles this area has shown me their images of the label, which is how I know the wrong city and zip code have been put on the package FIVE TIMES.I've provided Shokz with the correct information more than 10,000 times (literally!) via phone, chat, and email.Today, 22SEP23, they're refusing to ship a replacement headset out at all now.Absolutely garbage 'customer service', very rue, nasty, harassing, and sometimes even abusive!They don't listen, they repeatedly ignore information, they argue about almost everything, constantly blame me for their problems, and have even gone so far as to try to insult me by calling me, 'stupid American', and 'nut case'.They seem to have ignored the fact that they're not the only maker of bone conduction headphones.

Worst customer service ever know, shokz headset failed was given RMA sent headset 2.5 months ago, multi emails saying IT issues, then backlog for repair, 3 weeks ago agent said headset would ship, called 6 days ago spoke to another liar agent, said manager would call within 2 days, no call back. Shokz embarrasses themselves

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. When I submitted a warranty claim on 8-18 they said my replacement would ship out in 2 day and on 8-25 still nothing so I called back the lady said it just shipped that day I never got a tracking number so I emailed no response and called on 8-29 when the lady said she couldn’t tell me anything and I asked for a supervisor she had me on hold for 45 mins before he came on the phone and he wouldn’t let me talk and would talk over me when I tried to ask questions or talk he then said I would get a email from him when it ships and couldn’t tell me when but received 2 emails saying they have already shipped he then hung up on me and blocked me so I can’t call in so I called from a different number and got hung up on twice when I stated my name the third time I called back after 2.5 hrs of dealing with this I got another guy and he stated they didn’t have any headphones to ship for warranty but I could buy new ones warranty could take 3-6 months and was told if not shipped by Friday I need to file a new claim and refused to let me speak to a manager and said I’d get a call in 48 hrs all I want to for these to be replaced like the warranty states my headphones are not even a year old yet

As others have stated, they don't stand behind their product. Charging cable had to be replaced after less than a month, and all they offered was a link where I could purchase a replacement.

Terrible customer service. July 19 I put in a warranty claim because my 2 year old headphones were having the common rattling issue. I was sent an email July 28 stating that a return label would be sent. Still nothing and no response from the company. It has been nearly a month since the initial claim.

☆☆☆☆☆ + FIVE STARS Plus ! You have GOT to get a pair. Comfort, excellent battery life, design quality and the technology has to have the competition scratching their heads. I highly recommend the OpenComm. If you're dissapointed you're doing something wrong. Shokz got it right with this headphone.

\"Response from the owner\" is insincere. They did send me an email after I posted my review asking for details which I provided within a few hours on January 6. I haven't received any further acknowledgement after 6 days. Changed my rating from 2 stars to 1. I purchased an OpenComm headset in August 2021, there were some complications with the order but customer services was excellent and promptly resolved all issues. I ordered 3 more headsets on December 8 2021 and had some problems with warranty registration, and have not had any response to either of my texts or email. It does appear customer service has taken a nosedive since September 2021, which is unfortunate because the products are wonderful. Maybe the rebranding caused the problem; maybe they're rebranding because of the problem. As of today, Customer Service appears to be non-existent.

Hi. I have been trying to get hold of customer service. I bought 2 headphones since 26 september on their official website. They promised on their website that it would be shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Its already 30 september. I have been trying to contact their customer service as they have not processed the order BUT they have already deducted my credit card. But the phone is not working. NO ONE answers the emails. I get some automatic reply that THE whole company is on course till 8th OCTOBER. Hello? Can someone get back to me about this? How can you just take the money and not deliver the product? If i can give negative ratings i would. Can your company have some decent business ethics?

The product is very good but the customer service is non-existent at least for me. 3 days now I've been trying to reach someone with a defective mini; my second purchase. No, ZERO, response. The phone just give me a message about how great their cust service is but no pathway to get it. No one responds to my text.. The chat feature on the website is not working, at least for me. I've sent about 8 emails with ZERO response, including response to solicitation emails from AfterShokz. Seems the \\\"Aftershock\\\" is experiencing disinterest.
